Madmax BBQ

OmWow!! This Food truck is perfectly named. Max is a Mad BBQ making machine!! I can't wait to have MadMax cater our Holiday Texas Styled event!! Ribs, Sausage, Brisket were all perfectly BBQ'ed. Potato salad was not runny or tasteless. It was plump and full of flavor and omg the beans with the meat inside was so delicious! Slices of bread was not soggy at all! I can't wait to to try their mac and cheese and their chili cheese fries (off the menu) for the event!! Future rating update to commence!! Pictures attached for your pleasure!! I searched for the business but it was no where to be found. Called the owner he said they were a food truck that only did catering????

I had sausage, brisket, baked beans, and potato salad. The meats were a little dry but tastes good. The sides were really delicious. Also the service was quick.

Generous size for a small Mac attack, but the Mack attacks were the only items that were available. However I will give it another try and hopefully the meat plates are available if not the whole menu. I did like the sauce and the brisket in d potato and d cheese ratio. The previous reviews give me hope and I really want to taste these ribs. Also following the IG page is really important I see. The wait time from ordering to getting food wasn't bad at all, but more than likely there will b a line.

Madmax came to my apartment complex. My initial plans was to order at opening due to several reviews saying that he runs out of food which is expected for a bbq food truck. Instead of going at opening, I went at closing because of a much needed nap. By the time I placed my order, he was indeed out of the ribs and chicken. Sausage was the only meat item left which I still proudly ordered. The sausage was so delicious. The sausage was moist and rich with flavor. The bbq sauce was perfection as well. The sides were a hit too. Bbq just happens to be one of my favorite foods and Madmax did not disappoint. I plan on using Madmax to cater an upcoming event. Five stars all the way!

The best bbq and sides I've ever had. Can't wait to go back. He knows exactly what kind of wood to use to get the perfect flavor. You really should try the beans, so good! I just went to the truck on Orem but I know he goes to events and charity as well.

By far the best BBQ!!! I would like to thank you for giving me the chance to try out the Madd Max bbq! The first bite I was speechless! I got a chance to try the brisket and the ribs and the beans OMG it was so good!!! I've tried every barbecue out here and so far you just made number one baby!

Called to ask if he takes card said yes but didn't tell me he was at a diff location for the day so I drove there for nothing.

These wonderful folks came out to cater our BMW event. Delicious bbq sandwich, baked beans, jalapeños and pickles. They didn't disappoint!

We've had Madmax and his crew come out twice now to our office & it's the best! Great food, awesome customer service - highly recommend if you are looking for a place to make everyone full & happy! We love MadMax bbq! Best ever!
