Party of 2 dined in on Tuesday after noon for late lunch, we ordered soba noodle with katsu ($16) and tempura udon ($14) two rolls( spicy tuna, shrimp tempura roll $13) We were way too full, we left some udon but other than that, ate pretty clean. Miso soup and salad that come out with food were salty/too strong, we mixed lots of hot water to miso soup to dilute. We probably could have skipped the rollsI liked soba combo..

We planned to go to the hot pot place next door but the wait was too long, so this place was Plan B for us. Service is excellent, food is good and will go back again.

Ma Dang still sadly hasn't hit the mark with this rebrand. I think it's just okay. If I wanted to go to a Korean or Japanese restaurant, I'd probably pay the same amount to go somewhere actually good.Our two friends got $16 sushi rolls and my bf and I split a $28 order of bulgogi, which we were told should comfortably feed two people. It was kind of big for one person, but a little too small to truly be for two people. Our miso soup came cold, and the most notable taste in the bulgogi was the butter. It wasn't the warmest dish out there, but passable. I also tasted the sushi and it didn't really stand out to me as a roll worth $16, especially for the size.It's good comfort food if you live in the area, but don't expect anything high-end. If you're looking for quality, go somewhere like Salt instead.

Highly recommend. Everything is so good~! We were waiting for a long time to come here and it was so worth it! Newly renovated, very clean, nice seating, well balanced dish! I'm so happy that we finally have a good place to go for sushi in this area.

Love this place! That Tuna Sundae app is off the charts good! Our server recommended the Fire Dragon roll and it did not disappoint! And it came out flaming on fire - so cool! And they have Uni with Quale Egg - very rare for restaurants in the burbs to carry either in the menu. Really like the decor - tables and chairs looked brand new and stylish. We will be back!

Excellent service, amazing food. Got the hot stone pot and it was beyond delicious. Enough for two meals.

Rolls are amazing, we make it a point to go there several times a month! Food is always excellent and the staff is always pleasant.
