Mack Vegan

I was recently traveling for work and a colleague of mine is vegan. We all decided to order from here to give it a try so I'm basing my review on my vegan colleagues opinion of the meal. (Vegan almost 3yrs)The portions are HUGE!! We ordered for approximately 15 people at an office and there were zero errors, everything was hot, and the service was wonderful!! When we picked up the order the woman that helped us (maybe the owner) was very grateful for the large order and threw in 4 slices of chocolate cake! Some of the items we ordered were Chicken Curry, Orange Chicken, beef & mushroom, Peanut Smoothie, and the strawberry mango smoothie.I personally had the "chicken" curry. FYI it is not spicy at all. I am a lover of curry and spicy so I'd probably try something else if I ever ate here again, however what I did love was the sautéed cabbage and veggies and their homemade salad dressing that's included with every meal! My mean included: "chicken" curry, brown rice, sautéed veggies, and a side salad. All around great place!

Found this Vegan Gem by searching Yelp for vegan restaurants in the area. This restaurant is located in the Chevron gas station plaza on the end. The black owned restaurant had a great selection of vegan food. I ordered the vegan beef and mushrooms which came with rice and peas, cabbage and a salad. The customer service was great the lady that greeted me was nice and friendly. The restaurant is intimate. They also have a hookah lounge and bar connected to the restaurant with an happy hour from 4pm-6pm. Definitely will come back!

I'm in town for the week and I came here 3 straight nights. Everything I ate hit the spot. My fav and if you like spicy is the jerk tofu. Light but so much flavor. The spinach patty I got on the last night and saved for late night. I thought it would be boring but it was ridiculously good. I wish I bought more. Great spice, who knew spinach could be so good

Wow! This place is amazing. I have food allergies (alpha gal) that make it so I can't have dairy, red meat, or pork. Eating out I usually look for good vegan places because it is the safest way to make sure to not end up accidentally eating something I am allergic to.This place has an entirely vegan menu of Jamaican/ Caribbean dishes.I got over zealous and ordered the curry chicken, the Mac N Cheese, and a slice of cake.I will be eating leftovers for a few days!It was all so amazing. I drove an hour just to come here. Let me tell you, it was well worth the drive! It was a slow day so I had lots of conversation with the staff and they were very friendly. They had a DJ so it was definitely a whole vibe and I also got to watch TV at the bar. But the food, oh my goodness!!!! This vegan beef is what I have been searching for in vegan meats! And the macaroni was delicious as well. Everything was absolutely delicious! Y'all need to make your way out here! You won't be disappointed.

The customer service is fairly good for first timers they have a great selection to choose from for the vegan offerings. The establishment is very neat and clean in its entire appearance.The food portion, flavors, and is colorful are very nice and refreshing with the variety of colors blended in presentation. The clean eating experience allows for the customer to add their own personal spices without being overly sensitive.I have experienced the faux orange chicken, curry chicken, vegan fish, and beef & mushroom combination meals. The beverage experience is very satisfying and makes the individual feel recharged.

Quiet and unassuming vegan restaurant that has enough flavor in their dishes to keep even the toughest carnivore satisfied. If for nothing else, check out their juices and fruit smoothies. Great lunch option to pop in for a healthy meal or snack. Highly recommend.

The food is very good but inconsistent business hours and menu options are very disappointing. Also, not the best customer service but the food really is that great that i sadly deal with it lol
