MacH's Restaurant

This is a small town restaurant that serves both burgers and a full Mexican menu. Even though I ordered a burger, my meal came with chips and salsa, which were both very tasty. The burger was huge and was served with a nice side order of fries that arrived hot and crispy. The burger was juicy and well seasoned. The service was friendly as well. This is a great little find with a small town atmosphere that I truly enjoyed. Well worth the trip!

Called in my order at 6:30pm for pickup and when we arrived the food was not ready. They finally brought out the order at 7pm. I can appreciate fresh cooked food but 30 minutes is extreme for an order that was called in. People call it in so that it's ready for pickup when they get there. There was only a few customers dining inside. I would have given one star but the food is really good!

As a vegan, I find this restaurant as a solid place to get a good vegan lunch. I love getting a good veggie plate and the best sweet tea I've ever had. They are very accommodating to my restrictions and I highly recommend eating here. Southern hospitality at its finest!

Their cheese burger is so good. I cannot pass through Boling without stopping for burger.

I'm very disappointed. This is my second visit and second review of Mach's. I don't like to give bad reviews but since I previously gave a glowing review of this restaurant 2 months ago, I have to update. The chicken strips I ordered were dry and stringy with a hard crust. The onion rings looked great but were tasteless. The chicken and onion rings reminded me of a frozen tv dinner. My other side was unimpressive refried beans that must have come from a can. The best part of the meal was the toast, freshly made on grill. I really liked the one slice I had and wished for more. The chips and salsa you get when you place your order is okay and they will bring you more if you want. The salsa btw is frozen. One of the other customers had an icy chunk in his. Most disappointing is there was no pie available. I was really looking forward to that flakey crusted delicious coconut pie. The waitress said the person that mades them isn't there anymore so someone else on staff will start making them in the future. So who knows if it will be as good. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the people there are really friendly. I'm not sure I'll go back but if I do, I'll order the chicken fried steak that got last time. It was really good.

Our regular stop on the way to Galveston. Excellent food. Very clean. Great staff. Cash only.

The beef and cheese enchiladas were recommended to me by a local and they were not wrong. Especially the cheese! The plate came out piping hot and gooey. I almost hurt myself. They give you a free chips and salsa at the counter and the salsa has a little kick to it which is just my style. If you're here in town or driving through make sure you stop at this little gem. Be sure to bring a cash or check since they do not take cards. I'll make sure to get dessert next time I come through, the line gets long closing in on noon.

Delicious home town food with great staff- best pies in the world!!! Order some for the holidays like me and people love it!!!

The tables were all very dirty. And they don't take card. Only cash and checks. Also the staff doesn't really seem to care that guests have no where to sit no sense of urgency. also ppl were waiting for food and orders to come out. Or missing items in there orders.

such a great small town diner, it was delicious and i cannot wait to bring my kiddos here to try their food!
