Very tasty and fresh macarons. Fig and goat cheese, carrot cake, and passion fruit were my top 3!

Why 5 stars? Because I'm not even a huge macaron fan, but these were excellent. --- --- ---I'm usually unimpressed with macrons. They are pretty low on my dessert power rankings because they usually just taste like small, stale cookies.But these were softer than most. And they had the kind of flavor that resulted in an immediate "mmmmmm" upon first bite.And I believe every flavor of macaron was also available in ice cream form. I sampled ferrero and was sold, despite definitely assuming I'd be trying 2-3 other flavors before committing to something. I've had this place bookmarked for a while now, but my lack of enthusiasm toward the macaron community prevented me from visiting until recently. And now I regret waiting so long.

I'm a sucker for good macarons. Sometimes I encounter places with beautiful and uniform macarons but the texture of the cookie or buttercream or both is grainy and powdery. This place was not like that. They had rows of decorated macarons with that perfect chew and smooth buttercream, and each flavor was as advertised. They also had gelato that included crushed up macarons and to me, that's their biggest differentiator. I got the fig and goat cheese macaron gelato along with a half dozen macarons. So good!

An ode to macarons, how much do I love thee! Unfortunately this place has made a hole in my pocket and probably did not attribute to being the healthiest person out there... but I am definitely not complaining. I have been known to buy a box for now and a box for later because a box usually does not last me until I get home from this establishment. Surprisingly my favorite flavor has been the fig one . I also love my love my original gangsters-- lemon And funfetti. The fruity pebble flavors is especially great. These would be a great dinner present when invited to somebody's house if you can handle not taking a bite for a reaching there!

The store was clean and the decorations were very chic. However, the Ferrero gelato I got was only so-so with chunks of ice in it. It was also a bit pricey at ~$6 a scoop. Though, to be fair, perhaps, the selling point is more the macarons than their gelato, and I didn't try the macarons.

No other Macaron better anywhere in the world including Maison du Chocolat, Laduree, or Hermes and I eat a lot of Macarons. I only bought 6 of my favorites and although I still visit the Gray location, The Woodlands store is decorated in Mohammed's impeccable decor. Their stores will be around for a very long, long time. They always have the best macarons! The cost is high, but the quality is worth the price.

O...M...G...How have I not stopped by before! The location is clean and pretty. The staff member was so sweet helping me pick out my macarons and recommended their number 1 seller fig and goat cheese. I was a little hesitant because I hadn't tried that before, and she offered a sample of their gelato. I could have eaten myself sick. GLADLY, it tastes amazing! I got a little 6 pack and a scoop of fig goat cheese gelato (which also has the macarons mixed in). The gelato size is the absolutely perfect size after dinner. They also offer baking classes as well which I look forward to coming to later!

These are some of the best macarons I've ever had - I've worked for a bakery that operates out of Oregon for the past 3 years, both in person and remotely now - I've tried many macarons in many flavors and I can honestly say the texture of these as well as the flavors are unmatched. Visited the Hughes Landing location, it was so cute and clean, the employee on staff was super sweet and quick, I will be back next time I'm in the area for sure!

This was our first time coming here. My daughter is a huge macaron fan...she loved them! The service was great and we had questions on gifts they have and she was so helpful I just wish I would've caught her name. The shop was very nice. Would recommend this place if you love macarons!
