Mable's Barbecue & Smoked Meats

Finally had the chance to stop in here after I moved back to my old neighborhood. So delicious. Chicken was so juicy and the sauce was awesome. Texas toast was toasted to perfection with butter for my chicken sandwich plate. Mac and cheese was creamy and well seasoned. Customer service was exceptional and she made some great suggestions. Can't wait to get back and try the ribs!

Came in here today and got a 1/2 slab of ribs, collard greens and Mac and cheese. Great price and the sauce always taste amazing.

I have eaten here twice. The quarter leg chicken is Bussin. The green beans and bbq beans is Bussin. The peach cobbler is really tasty. The young man who answers the phone and is at the counter is very pleasant and provides great customer service. Now ... with that being said. They are not consistent or reliable with the times that they say they are open. Placing an order online is risky cause you can get there and they're not even open. They lose a star for this and honestly I want to lower it to three stars but I want my rating to reflect the food.It's very inconvenient and unprofessional. I hope they change this. They could at least have an Instagram page saying if they are open that day or not just saying ...

Best barbecue I have had since I've been n Atlanta these past 4 1/2 years. Their broccoli casserole and green beans are amazing as well.

Mable's has the best green beans I've ever tasted. They are seasoned with smoked turkey. They are a little pricey for the size but worth it.

Pros: very good barbecue, nice service and family owned small business. Cons: hours-closes at 5 PM and small/rotating selection of veggies daily; there's usually 3-4 veggies available to choose from.

When the business initially opened the food and customer service was amazing. After they developed a following things changed and not in a positive way. Items not available, hardly open, and customer service wasn't friendly.

I live this place. The food is always fresh and has a great smoky taste. Rips tips are my fav but come early because that runs out first.

Great food and excellent customer service! I Love Brooke at the front desk. I recommend this spot for ribs, short ribs, pulled chicken and peach cobbler and all sides are delicious.
