Been a while..........I love ribs and Ribs R Us did not disappoint me. They were very tender and juicy, but I found the sauce to be a little bit too watery for my taste.I got good value for my money, ordering a half slab of ribs, a side of collard greens, candied yams and large side of potato salad, all for around $18 bucks. I ate off the delicious food platter all day long.Service wasn't the greatest, but having called my order in enabled me to get in and out real quickly. I have eaten from here a few times and I found Ribs R us to be very consistent.

The ribs are so good!!! They do not skimp on the portion size. I got the 1/2 slab pork platter with Mac and cheese, greens, string beans, potato salad, and corn.. The corn was a bit tasteless, Mac and cheese was alright, It wasn't bad though because I ate all of it lol it might just need more cheese tbh. However The potato salad was one of the BEST I've ever had. I did not want to share but my boyfriend found it in the back of fridge... and ate all of it!! So mad! Oh yeah, Is this place called ribs r u or Luther ribs? Same place different names. Whichever you are, I'll definitely order from you again!

I was so excited to order from this place but it just wasn't good. Sauce was literally just bottled sauce. Nothing added to it at all. No seasonings on anything, and I never got the rolls I ordered. I won't bother ordering from here again

Ribs R Us has great customer service. That was the best part of the experience for me. The food was decent, but not impressive. the sides and the cornbread were pretty inconsistent as far as flavor and texture. Of the three cornbread ordered, only 1 was moist and not dry. The bbq sauce was just all right. It had a certain level of sweetness but the vinegar was very prominent. This could have been what they were going for but it was not what I was expecting or seeking. I can't say I would not give them another chance, however, it would not be my first selection.

The ribs were overcooked..; beef and the customer services sucks.I attempted to bring back a tough platter of burnt beef ribs that were hard to chew because they were over cooked.And the older gentleman that I gave it back to,gave me a whole rude attitude like he was supporting my business and I gave him some burnt beef ribs.Long story short when I went outside I guy asked me how are there ribs and said he saw how the gentleman handled me bringing back my food.I said there food is good and don't let poor customer service cause you not to have a good meal tonight.Luckily I opened it in the car,had I not it would have been 25 bucks down the drain and knowing the disappointment how customer service DONT matter anymore particularly with some black men.Sad part about he was of age being rude,inconsiderate and just about the dollar.And he set the tone for his whole kitchen to have poor customer service for me bringing food back.
