Lupita's Restaurant

I often order breakfast tacos via DoorDash from Lupita's. So far, my favorite are the chorizo and egg tacos with beans on flour tortillas.They come with green and red salsa, and are freshly made. The tortillas seem to be made in-house as well, though I have not confirmed that.

I highly recommend this place for authentic Michoacán-style food! My favorites are the chilaquiles verdes and agua de piña, and I love that the chips con salsa are always hot, fresh, and spicy.

We were looking for a new place to have Mexican breakfast since our old place went to shit. We always passed by this place but never stopped because we were always on our way to our from somewhere. Finally got the chance today and was very glad we did. The street taco plate and menudo are really good!

So, after making countless calls in search of some authentic Mexican food, especially those mouthwatering Enchiladas Michoacan style, I finally found the perfect spot. I called ahead to make sure they had them, and boy, was it worth the 25-minute drive! This place turned out to be a hidden gem, not part of any chain. Can you believe I've passed by it so many times without realizing what a treasure it is? Now, let's talk about those Enchiladas. My wife and I ordered the ones with fried chicken and paired them with some refreshing lemonade( so refreshing) And let me tell you, every aspect of that plate was on point! The flavor was amazing, and the portion size was so generous that you couldn't even finish it all. That's a sign of a good meal, right there! It took me back homeBut it's not just the food that impressed you. The service was top-notch too. If I'm not mistaken,I believe it was the actual "Lupita", and her daughter took great care of us. They were attentive and made us feel welcome. And the best part? It was all affordable! Good food, great service, and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for? I can't wait to come back

This was definitely a good surprise. It's a small restaurant with maybe 10 tables and stayed pretty steady while I was there. The staff is sweet and attentive. They seem to work together well. I had the chilaquiles divorciados and opted for then beef fajita instead of the chicken fajita and added 2 eggs. They had the perfect level of spiciness. The eggs were cooked perfectly, over medium and the beef fajita was good and flavorful. They forgot the avocado that comes with it but they brought it out when I asked.The sauces are also pretty good.The coffee was good and so was the pineapple water.Will most definitely be back again!

The mole here is a 1000 times better than Pujol in Mexico City (ranked 5th best in the world). The flavor was way more developed and it had actual spice which I appreciate in an amazing mole.

I miss Lupita's! The service was awesome and the food and margaritas were just as good. It was our go-to place at least every other Friday. We haven't found any other place that compares to them, yet.

Great food and friendly staff! It's close by so I appreciate not having to drive too far.

I've been coming to this restaurant over the years and the menu has very good choices and the food is made like traditional Mexican food which is top notch and what you seek to taste when you go to a restaurant

Delicious authentic mexican food. Both the red and green mole are *chefs kiss*. The chilaquiles are also a must for breakfast/brunch. One of the best flan & tres leches as well. The menudo is not greasy like in most places. They have a good amount of vegan options as well which is a plus for me. They'll do large orders of their tamales even vegan ones too. They also sell a lot of their Tres Leches cake to-order for birthdays, weddings, graduations, etc. Highly recommend!
