Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant

Great-- phenomenal service. It was a pleasure to have multiple people check in us throughout the meal. I'd recommend coming to this location specifically!Food: Al Cabon is great: two chicken tacos with a side of rice, beans, queso, and guac. You cannot beat it. The appetizer ribs were also pleasantly good. Tip well! They deserve it here.Cheers!

Over priced, service was slow and waiter forgot to place my order with the rest of my families order so kind just waited while everyone ate. Oh and their tres leches cake was a disappointment. Its not tres leches.. its yellow cake with whipped cream topping, we asked the manager for some of the tres leches on the side bc it was a bit dry, he says that they don't make extra and their tres leches is more on the "dryer side".. its just baffling bc its a $9 piece of cake thats mid. One positive, their charro beans were good

The drinks were really really good, but the one thing that stood out to me was that they give you charro beans with the chips and salsa. They were delicious by the way! The food was good, but if you order the fajitas make sure you request the temp you want your meet cooked at. The rice had a slight spice, but it was slightly hard. Our waitress was amazing, she was very attentive. The restaurant had a great ambiance. Very chill environment

We have been going to Lupe Tortilla in Sugarland since it opened. Prices have gotten horrible. We got our queso last night before we placed our order for the meal and still had our menu. Which is why I guess it struck me odd. It horrible to realize we paid almost $10 for queso that is no bigger than a chip or much larger than the silver containers that they serve salsa and beans with. I'm sure they aren't the only one but I will be more aware.

Brunch on the weekend is delicious. Went there this past weekend and sat in the bar area, the ambiance is great televisions around to watch your favorite college game. The food was delicious i ordered the chilaquiles. They were delicious and came with chicken. Service was great Rodney was attentive funny and efficient. Had a great time and will definitely be back especially to give Rodney a bad time!!!

Love the food here ! The fajitas are always amazing and the vibe is great. I do recommend this place is your wanting Tex mex good food !

We always order take out and cater our parties from here. Their fajitas are the absolute best. My only major gripe is that 3 out of 5 times, we get the wrong tortillas and beans. We always forget to confirm that they gave us the right items when we pick up. The times we've called back after getting home, we were told it would be at least 30 min to correct the order (which you can't really afford to wait when you are hosting a dinner party). Sometimes it takes them a while to get to the takeout orders. The entrance is on the side so if no one has acknowledged you within five or so minutes, go to the hostess stand in the front or get the attention of the bartender. The vibe within the restaurant is very lively. It's typically on the louder side. They've got a neat bar if you're waiting for your party. It's usually busy at dinner time but you can always find a seat or two in there.

We got sat at a table right away. Our server was Cruz. He was really nice and helpful when we were trying to order. The tortilla chips tasted fresh and came with complimentary salsa and charro beans. We ordered the large queso as a starter and the manager brought us 2 sample fajita tacos to try. The fajita has a hint of lemon. They were delicious! We ordered the fajita and shrimp for 2. It came with refried beans, Spanish rice, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and pico. You also get a side of tortillas. Cruz was very attentive and checked on us every chance he could. The manager also came to check on our table. Overall, it was a great experience and will come back for sure. There is dim lighting in the restaurant, which creates a nice vibe.

This is our favourite Lupe's!!! The food is consistently delicious. The service is always great. Last night the bartender was on fire - the best margaritas ever, and boy were they strong lol!!!Our waitress was Ermes, and she is such a gem, very sweet and attentive. Thank you Lupe's!

I do not remember who took care of me and my family Wednesday evening but I've never had a server tell me "he's busy" when asked why the drinks took so long. Never EVER. I can understand how he can be busy but the response was uncalled for. I usually am one to speak but honestly I was in awe. The entire evening was a drag because of him. Two gentle men did come by the table which was nice, but I am not going to complain in front of everyone.....He was a Tall Black man about early 40s. I hope who ever is in charge betters their staff, a few servers did come by with nothing but long faces. All in all service 0/10 and food 10/10. I don't care how great the food was, for the lack of service I will not be coming back.
