It is located right next to Jusgo, an unassuming Cantonese restaurant. We came here with few other Cantonese friends, they all agreed the taste is very authentic. Dishes we recommend ordering: lobster, Pipa Tofu (combination of fish and tofu, very unique), clay pot eggplant with pork. Price is affordable, flavor is okay, definitely on the plain side. The restaurant is small and dark, doesn't have the best atmosphere, but you come here for the food.

This is a typical Chinese family restaurant, not your Americanized Chinese food. The restaurant is on the smaller side with less than ten tables. My friends and I went pretty late after typical dinner hours. When we arrived, only one table was occupied. My friend let me ordered the food. The portion was decent and my friends praised about the tastiness of the food. As for me, it was decent. If you want to try some authentic Chinese food, check it out. If you want Americanized Chinese food, this is not your place.

Food was amazing!! We ordered the Sweet and Sour Pork (咕咾肉), Baked Crab with Rice (大蟹炒饭), and the Lobster with Ginger and Scallion (姜蔥龍蝦). The pork was still crispy after being tossed in its sauce, the crab rice was a beautiful golden yellow due to the large amount of crab roe that they "baked"/fried the rice with, and the lobster pieces was tender enough to slide easily out of their shells when you pry it out with a chopstick. Also, we told our server to keep all dishes MSG (chicken, mushroom, and otherwise) -free (since members of our party have an allergy to MSG), and we are happy to report that all the dishes we ordered can be MSG-free upon request! Prices are extremely fair for the amount of food you get, especially when it comes to fresh seafood (we had four people in our party). The service was also exemplary! The server who helped us continually brought us clean plates whenever she saw that ours were filled with pieces of lobster and crab shells. The atmosphere really reflected the Hong Kong / Guǎngdōng (广东) / Canton ownership and management, as the television played a canto-speaking news and entertainment channel. I can imagine that any cantonese speakers would feel right at home at this restaurant. :)

Not good quality of food. My salt and pepper shrimp was supposed to be toasted shrimp. It was a greasy mess with no flavor. Vegetables had no flavor and were undercooked. Staff members are somewhat not friendly. The inside looks clean and overall nice. But you can tell that different people receive better attention than others.

Hidden in the corner of Metropole Center and next to JusGo Supermarket is Lucky Dragon, one of the lesser known Cantonese seafood establishments in Chinatown. The Chinese name ("龍圖飯店") is more along the lines of "Dragon Diagram / Map" which seems somewhat ironic, consider they've been off the map and radar for many diners seeking Chinese fare in this part of town. It's been practically empty each time I've been here. I've dined in a lonely group of eaters, gotten taken out and it's never busy. The staff is largely Cantonese speaking as well, save for some heavily accented Mandarin and a struggle with English. I sense most folks who have been put off by the service is related to the latter. It's not exactly a large restaurant, but I doubt it'd be a problem to eat here with a large group on any given week night. They specialize in Cantonese cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. The food can be a hit or miss. A lot of the non-seafood items (peking pork chop, lo mein noodles, beef claypot, string beans, and fried rice) have been subpar at best, but where they really shine is with their seafood options. (#1)Their salty fish meat cake (鹹魚肉餅) is very salty but tasty, the ginger scallion lobster (蔥薑龍蝦), and fried fish filets (炸魚片) were excellent. I wasn't really feeling the shrimp and egg (蝦仁炒蛋) or salt and pepper squid (椒鹽魷魚) but they were eons better than the non-seafood. I've heard very good things about their crab dishes, especially the special order crab roe rice and dungeness crab preparation. I believe one has to call ahead of time, but I can't wait to do it.I think the prices are solid and I do hope they receive more business. Having flown under the radar for so long means they're doing something right, but I hope they manage to earn more kudos for better service and tighten up the non-seafood dishes for better overall execution. I'll certainly be back.___________(#1) Case in point: They have a small water tank with lobsters, crabs, and the occasional fish.

The food is delicious and in big amounts with little pay . My family always go here in the weekends for dinner sometimes. The service is quick . One thing is that is wrong is that the tables are small for 4 people and there is not a lot of tables . Now this place is good but it needs a few tweaks.

Traditional style of Hong Kong cooking at a fair price. Great menu including many choices ranging from clay pots to stir fry noodles. I always go for the chow fun, personal choice, which never disappoints me.
