Solid enough spot in a great location. Haven't tried food but been for drinks and this is your standard watering hole which gets a good crowd

My friend and I were at a meet up near this bar on Sunday night and wanted drinks and food at 830 pm. I did a search and found Lucky 13 and I'm so glad I did. The vibe is fantastic. It's reminiscent of a simpler time in Philly when good food , a nice long bar and decent cocktails were served up on a countertop while listening to Erasure ring from the speakers. (I'm partial to Erasure. I saw them in concert. Ha!) The cocktails were strong (She knew how to mix!) and the Manhattan cherry was delicious! The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! This is definitely going to be a go-to spot for me now that I know it's there. And our meet up is every second Sunday a month. That's when you'll find us at Lucky's!

One of the best dive bars on this side of town excellent food excellent drink specials excellent bartenders excellent service very cozy almost cheers like like the TV show from the '80s really no complaints at all five stars across the board I had the chicken sandwich it was pretty good I had to roasted brussels sprouts that was pretty good drink specials was on point if anytime I'm on that side of town and hanging out this is the number one place that is going to cross my mindGrade: A

If you have not been here yet, what are you waiting for? On my first venture here, I had the most amazing food and amazing drinks with excellent service. The buttermilk chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in Philadelphia. In addition, the chicken empanadas and the macaroni and cheese are out of this world. Definitely get the notorious fig Manhattan as a cocktail. You can't go wrong.

Best wing spot in the community!! Service is always great, never too insanely busy, and the drinks are strong!

My friends and I came here as part of the East Passyunk Witch Craft Beer Crawl. I was super happy that they had a vegan appetizer option as part of the specials for the beer crawl (seitan wings). They were spicy and delicious!The beer deal for the crawl was a stout which many of us weren't feeling, so we got other drinks. I thought the prices for the drinks were a bit steep ($14 for a small Sazerac, $10 for a small pour of a seasonal pumpkin beer on tap).Service was good, especially for our large table. Overall, I would eat/drink here again, but would need to be a bit more discerning about which drinks to order to get a better deal.

Nice dive bar to go hang out with friends. Their food n drink menu isn't large, but they do have great selections. Very good chicken sandwich and their waffles fries are A+. Good prices and people here, worth stopping in.

Comfortable, friendly neighborhood bar. It's been our go-to for the past 10 years and I'm so glad it's in our neighborhood. Menu is on the smaller side but everything is great, and there's always a solid beer selection. The music is also on point 1000% of the time.
