Love 'n Gyros

Everything about this place is amazingMy friend loved it so much that she took me for lunch and though I don't love fast, casual places, this one really nails, every single thing from the menu options, to the authentic Greek menu, to the quick and easy ordering system and the polite service. The ambiance is great for lunch or takeout is nice and easy too.The gyros are INCREDIBLE (I just came back from Greece so I can vouch!), and I can't wait to try the other menu items. Again, everything was really authentic like even the water bottles were from Greece. Plus, they don't use seed oils, and their meat is high quality which is so important for your health. I'll be back 100%. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

The lady at the cashier kept saying what else and rushing us Drinks very very warmKept the door open because if poorly ventilated grill so it was hot and humid inside Packed all our food in cardboard boxes when we asked for plates, couldn't understand a word we were sayingFood it self was ok, dry and a bit overdone, flavor wasn't too badI really like gyros and this was mediocre at best

Ordered this for lunch at work and it was delicious!!! This gyro had perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, the softest pita, and crispiest veggies!! It had fries in it, that was different but it added a bit more texture to it than I'm used to. Still delish!!

I loved the lamb gyro, it was so tasty and filling. I also had their Greek fries which were yummy. The staff was friendly and the ordering system was easy to use. The restaurant is small but super cute and cozy. I loved it overall and will be coming back anytime I am craving gyros. My friend had the chicken gyros and it was also delicious.

Another craving satisfied! This place is perfect if you're looking for lamb gyros and fries. Friendly staff and quick service. Ambience is pretty chill.

The food here is spectacular; but two times in a row the cashier got my order wrong and the corrective actions were really not customer service oriented. The first time, I brought two great friends after I told them about how much I loved this place and how good the food was...then my order was missing the veggies I asked for. When I asked the cashier, she stated she'd have to charge me for the missing veggies. Ok fine. Today, I go and we ordered two gyros and an order of fries. In fact, at the counter we discussed how good the fries were with Joseffa; and unfortunately, fries didn't make it on to the order. When I asked about it. She said, do you still want them? To which I replied yes. I'm thinking, "well, they messed up but here comes the fries"...after waiting over ten minutes, I asked "fries?" To which she replied "Oh you have to pay for those." Which we did and took them to go. I noted, hey if I was the one that made the error I would have just comped those...but that's twice. Will there be a third visit...hard to say although the bad taste in my mouth wasn't from the food, a little customer appreciation goes a long way. Your employees should know that lesson.

This place is great! If you are in Miami and looking for a delicious bite I highly recommend! We had the gyro sandwich and it was delicious. We also had the loukoumades and they were so good. The ambiance was really nice and the service was excellent!

Service was very good. Staff attentive.Food quality was mediocre at best. Frankly, I'm sick of these restaurants that make you choose a protein, then a spread then your veggies. How about just making me a good gyro with all the trimmings. Stuffed with meat and plenty of onions, cucumbers, kalamata olives and overflowing with tzatziki sauce. How hard is that? These restauranteurs that have to make something so simple, complicated. Would also be nice if they offered a traditional beef and lamb blend option.Prices here are expensive. You would NEVER bring your family here or it would cost you a fortune. PREPARE to be charged extra for everything you might want. There are much better places for a good gyro. To the Owners, Sorry! But you can do better! Too many choices! You don't have to cater to everyone's diet. Just stick with making a GREAT gyro.***WOW! After seeing the owner's reaction below to my review, I can only come up with one word = CRAZY.I get being protective over my business but take the feedback, apologize for any shortcomings, misconceptions or confusion and run with it to make your business better.Again, pricing. If you are OK spending about $80+ for 4 gyro with add-ons and walking away hungry, then by all means, visit this place. And thats without drinks or appetizers. And if you order a "plate" or a bowl, that will cost you more.And the audacity of the owner to cry poverty about not giving away free ingredients to their customers because it will cost them too much!!! How much is a slice of onion, a small handful of olives, an extra scoop of tzatziki (they only give you about a tablespoon or two on your gyro). They should be ashamed of themselves for even publicly complaining about it.And finally, how I have no idea what real greek food is. The owner has no idea who she is directing this to. This place is a joke! I would not recommend this place to anyone, whether they fix their problems or not.

Service here is very friendly, homey and nice. My date had the chicken platter which he said was salty. I rolled my eyes because my food was good but when I tasted his - it wasssss actually REALLY REALLY SALTY. So if I had his plate I'd probably be upset. My zesty pork platter on the other hand was superb - I could hardly breathe as I was eating because I was doing all different stuff lol (bite of salad alone, salad with pork, pork in a pita, pork with pita tomato and cucumber, pork with tzatziki, pita with tzatziki) I was alllllll over that plate. Safe to say I enjoyed my meal, Greek salad was bomb! I do think I had the last piece of baklava a few days old so I just threw that out lol.

Overpriced tasteless gyros . Would not recommend. Better places in Miami if you want to have Mediterranean food .
