Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

service was good. the food was horrible. old wings that had to have been sitting out forever. shrimp fried rice was terrible as well. never go to this louisiana chicken it's definitely the worst location.

Now I see why there are low ratings..After a day of running around all day, while intermittent fasting (OMAD), I wanted something for my "cheat day". I was craving some fried chicken after passing up a Popeyes the day before. I actually was there before stopping here, but half their menu was flown away. I decided to stop here afterwards, and see what their chicken was like. They had a lot to offer on their menu, but I just went with their #2, 3pc. dark combo meal, with a drink and side. When saying what I wanted for my side, the first 2 I asked for, they didn't have (so annoying). I ended up with fries, meh. When I got to the window, she asked if I was okay waiting 10 minutes. Ok, I'm not pressed for time, 10 minutes I can spare. I ended up waiting 25 minutes (yes, I'm surprised I even stayed that long). I would've just drove off, but I already paid and would have hated to waste my money like that. By the time someone came out with my food, they apologized and said they had to cook everything, that's why it took so long. Hm, I've fried chicken before, and it certainly doesn't take 25 minutes for 3 pcs. Lol. Anyways, the chicken was pretty good - nice and crunchy. Fries were seasoned and decent. Drink was small. Overall, chicken wasn't bad - hope it doesn't take that long for food all the time.

I was overall happy. With the food. The chicken was good. The sides are really good. Service is good. I went to the Islamic arts festival and noticed they were handing out flyers. The owner told me the chicken is halal. We stopped by grabbed some wings to go. Chicken was fresh. Def will stop in again. The Dr Pepper was really good. I like the ice that they used.The jambalaya was my favorite. The owners are very nice.

Im no food critic or a top yelper. Im just a regular hungry customer. I cane in looking for something other than Popeyes across the street. I made a huge mistake coming here, you can definitely see owners gave up on this place. -The Grass outside has not been cut in months.- Hot Sauce isnt even Louisiana hot sauce...its sams club HS called "Chefs Quality" Haha!- the dinner roll is a stale piece of bread sitting out all day and night- the bag it was all put in was a kids brown lunch bag from the local grocery store- overly aggressive pictures of the menu everywhere- inside is dirty af and makes you wanna walk right back outFood quality is worse than popeyes. They need to reinvest and re brand themselves as a professional business.

I hate to do it because the lady at the drive thru was so nice, but looked a little flustered with everything when I arrived.My family and I had gotten some chicken (4 breasts to be exact) some sides and 4 slices of cheese cake. I got my order and wasn't even thinking. I got all the way to the house....I was missing one of my sides and all 4 slices of cheese cake ‍.I guess I'm always looking at the positive side of things and was like "eh guess I didn't need that cheese cake" but was pretty bummed because I drove 17 mins each way. I eventually called the restaurant and asked them to offer the cheese cake to the next customer, since they were paid for and I wasn't going to drive back for them. Hopefully 4 people or one cheesecake lover got some free cheesecake that evening!

Customer service is just poor. The food is good for fast food but poor service. I ordered a combo and she took my order and when I said what drink I wanted she said the drink machine down. So I had to ask is there an alternative to the drink do you have bottled water or something. She never responded as if I was bothering her asking a dumb question although what I ordered came with a drink. I just left. I didn't even cancel I just left. My patience immediately left my body.

My husband and I went through the drive through we ordered 20 tenders and the shrimp Cajun rice. The tenders were really fresh (hot), chicken was really juice and had an amazing crunch and "eye rolling good" Cajun favor.Service was 10/10 as well, the manager was working the window and was very professional and kind. Come give them your money!

The rice dressing is awful. Increase the amount of ground beef and add onions and bell pepper. Reduce the amount of salt and increase your spice a little. Otherwise, you have a shitty rice that people will stop eating.

Spicy chicken wings had no flavor and when I told her that I asked for spicy if she handed me hot sauce. The red beans and rice the beans were under cooked onions were undercooked and they had no flavor. I asked for my mask potatoes with gravy on the side and either the mashed potatoes nor the gravy had any flavor and tasted like hot water so I guess that's a plus that it was hot and the other plus was that the mash potatoes were real potatoes. The macaroni and cheese had no flavor and the noodles were undercooked. And finally the roll was overcooked and crumbled apart as I tried to break it.Overall it was a very horrible experience and I would definitely not come back to this place again.

Place is so poor on customer service, if there was a 0 star i would pick that. Its hard to tell who works there, by the looks inside its dirty and they really show they hate their job. Try to order something I was not clear, they get an attitude. Their minimum wage matches their minimum effort ..sounds like an equal trade.
