Delicious. Taste authentic to me. I ordered two pirata taco plates and a quesidilla. Everything looked and tasted fresh. I ordered delivery. I know I will be ordering again soon. The salsa has good heat. Finally I found another Mexican spot that is more Mex Mex than Tex Mex. If you like Tex Mex more than Mex Mex. This is not for you. My husband complained he didn't have veggies on his tacos. I loved it, however I always add spinach to my tacos at home with delivery or take out.

My favorite taco spot, definitely one of the best in the area. They used to be the taco truck on Murphy but have recently moved to the brick and mortar spot across from La Michoacana. Service was pleasant and kind. The interior was clean and kept tidy.Everything ive tried here has been excellent but the Tacos Valdez is my go to, simply served with cotija and cilantro with onions on the side. It's sublime. Their birria menu offerings are all great as well. I also had a horchata which was an awesome compliment to the meal.Support local and give them a try.

I ordered a papa Asada and it came with half pastor half Carne asada. It was so good, the wait time was quick. I thought it might not have been the best because it was empty but the food was really good. I'm from California and I miss Californian Mexican food and this is the closest I've gotten to satisfying my craving! 10/10 would recommend.

I loved ordering here when they were a food truck. Now they have their own building space!The food is super tasty. I always order their tacos and personally think their pastor (and food in general) is better than TJ Birria nearby.The workers are always kind and patient. I recommend trying them out.

SNACK ATTACK! It had been a long day and I wanted a late night snack. I did a quick search and Los Valdes in the House popped up. Immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant. I decided upon the Tacos de Birria & a Volcàn. This is the type of food that can save your life. If you get my drift. That Volcàn was the highlight. I ate most of it by myself. Shameful, I tell you. It was my first time trying Birria and I'll definitely be back to try other items. This hit the spot for sure!

If you're in Stafford, this is a must. Great food, open late in a place where everywhere appears to be open early. My tacos al vapor seemed small but were delicious and filling. The quesadilla was enormous . Portions were very good. Service was attentive. The space is small but very tidy.

This is a great find. I was always seeking out a good taco place and I came across Los Valdes. We were looking for a good Birria and their taco birria did not disappoint. The crew are nice and service was fast. Simple place and they keep the dining area clean.
