A friend suggested we go there for lunch. We met at 12:30 p.m. and we saw that the restaurant serves breakfast on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We each ordered one breakfast taco. You can get corn or flour tortillas. I ordered an egg and potato taco. It was quite filling. I also ordered one spinach enchiladas. It's tangy and tasty. My friend also ordered silver dollar pancakes from the kids, section. They're quite good and the pancakes are not that tiny. I'm glad to now know Los Tíos has breakfast on Sundays. The price is reasonable too and I have a location close to me.

No pics because I was starving but the chips and salsa were tasty and the service was fast and friendly. They have a happy hour and extensive drink menu at reasonable prices. I want to go back for a girls night or double date because it seems like a fun spot. Try them if you're in the area and looking for yummy and generous portions.

Ever since Chuy's closed down the street Los Tios has been my local go to affordable Tex-Mex spot. I've been a few times prior but now more than before. I like to get the enchiladas el carbon (with fajita steak meat). Their happy hour goes til 7pm and they have $5 house margaritas (lime, on the rocks or frozen) which is a great deal. This location is huge and spacious and also has a private room in the back for reservations. The waitstaff is friendly and they're always fully staffed with is harder to find nowadays in the restaurant business. Their parking lot is shared with the shopping strip and looks big but the rows are very narrow and also diagonal so I recommend parking farther away to be safer.

Service is great. Food has the normal tex-mex flavors with Pappasitos prices. Chips with both red and green salsas were brought out. We managed to order the happy hour frozen margaritas before the 7pm cut off time. Ambiance felt very open with both booths and tables. We were offered seating in either bar area or dining room. Try the flan dessert- it's creamy deliciousness.

I hate to be ignored, especially I'm the customer. I came to Los Tios Restaurant on Westheimer for a meeting during a weekday. I arrived at the lobby searching for my group.There were 2 entrances from the parking lot and 2 more entrances to the dining halls. I can't say if they were connected. I saw waiters walking across from one hall to another rapidly. I didn't get a chance to open my mouth and they were gone.I can vaguely see men and women written on 2 separate doors separated by a stand. This lobby is so creepily dark. Okay guys. Am I invisible or you don't see an Asian man standing there? I had to ask my friend to come to get me from the misery.The meeting room had a TV on the wall and setting for buffet line. Wait staff took the order without a smile. But I was there to present at the meeting. I didn't know my food arrived. Chips and salsa were fresh. But there was no spoon. So, I had to use a chip to scoop salsa for my tasteless fish tacos. The fish strips were over cooked and tasted fishy (not fresh). I prayed to Los Díos - I don't want to get sick eating here. Amen.
