Pleasantly surprised how good of a meal I had here. The carne asada and the barbacoa tacos were amazing. Also, the elote was perfect. Looking forward to trying more food from here.

Best taco I've ever had. I repeat: BEST TACO I'VE EVER (including all) HAD!I write this review a year later. I am still having dreams about it.This review is more of a letter from a semi-secret admirer than just a pleased patron. I merely drove past it a year later and could not stop because it was closed on Sunday (which is a plus). Principled and unavailable. Best sign? The restaurant plays second fiddler to the Mexican general store it occupies furtively in the corner.Another good sign? Yet another good sign? The staff doesn't bother speaking much English. True to form--they do not pander to American tastes (e.g. including cheese in any form). This is hot-blooded authentic Mexican Tacos (I am talking Corn Tortilla, marinated slow cooked meat, onion, cilantro, and lime on the side ONLY). They are so proud of their various meats that they do not need things like cheese and lettuce to mix it up. I admire the simplicity and the form this joint delivers. The secret is out now.

Best tacos in Fayetteville/Spring Lake. Come for food. Plenty of seating. Good for lunch or afternoon snack. Very friendly service.

Don't let the appearance fool you, this is the BEST tacos you'll ever get in this area. Aside from their entire family of children running around, they have the best customer service. The meat is never chewy and it always tastes the same every visit.

Don't let looks fool you. The best around. We recommend the barbacoa and lengua burritos. It's so good, it's where my husband and I are getting take out for our 39th wedding anniversary. I want to try the tacos, too. Sure we won't be disappointed! Try this place, don't miss out. Friendly service. Small business. Support them!

Visiting Fort Bragg, this place was a awesome hole in the wall with great service. Went here on a whim as I was missing home (California) and wanted a taste of authentic Mexican food. Safe to say I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys taqueria tacos. Meat was nice and crispy, salsa was fairly spicy but not overwhelming, and I got my food within minutes after ordering.

This restaurant was located inside of a Mexican grocery store. Wrapped in foil, the carne asada burrito looked as humble as the restaurant's setting and vibe. But after one bite, I immediately felt like I was eating a home-cooked meal. All the customers were Hispanic, and apparently, many of the customers like to hang out there, which led me to believe I was in an authentic community spot. Also, try their quesadilla--never tried one with so little cheese, but I like it.

Great food and friendly! My daughter and I got Carne Asada tacos and street corn and my son got a Carne Asada Burrito. Nothing fancy but tasted great!

It doesn't look like much but their food is full of authentic Mexican flavor. The service is quick and the people nice. I would go back

A small Latin shop with limited seating toward the back. This is definitely not your standard American Mexican food joint, no chips and salsa or stereotypical Mexican decor. BUT the food is good, the service is fast, and everyone is friendly. I just wish I was here Saturday for menudo.
