Amazing enchiladas and awesome servers! Everything is top shelf not to mention they are so fast bringing food out

I've been here twice this week...Lol I'm sure they're starting to recognize me lmao anyway I had to bring my boo cause he wanted chimichangas and they have the best in the city. This was my first time getting a margarita, I normally just grab a lemonade but now the strawberry margarita has me in a chokehold. It was delicious like kool aid and it's made with real strawberries

Great food & drinks with excellent service. Every time we've gone, the restaurant, bar area and restrooms are cleaned.

Always fast and quick and drinks good too.Service is top notch also good if you just want to sit at the Bar.

The food was pretty solid. Chips and salsa starters were good. The green salsa had a little more kick to it, so I preferred that. Got the Quesadilla with fajita beef and black bean soup. The Quesadilla and black bean soup were really good, although the soup was a bit too salty. Rice was okay. Their fresh lemonade is a 5 star lemonade. I definitely recommend it!

Took my wife here for a date. The food is amazing and taste sooooo good I couldn't stop eating until I got really full. The service was super fast. I can't wait to bring my wife here again. She loved every minute of it. And the place was super clean

I've been eating here for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed. The food is great, and the service is even better (so friendly). My favorite is the beef enchiladas. The salsa is served warm which is a treat. The queso is on the top of my list. Smooth, mild and flavorful. If you are in the Alief/Sugarland area of highway 6, please stop by. You'll be glad you did.

Stopped in for lunch while traveling through the area. The food itself was good. I found the salsa to be a bit runny, but that's my personal preference. Service was good. Restaurant itself was spacious and nicely decorated. Parking is convenient.

it is very rare that I write a review such as this one, but I am compelled to do so after my poor experience with this restaurant, this evening. It is truly a disappointment to see this place goes so far downhill. We, and several of our friends, have been eating at Los Perez for years.This evening, I picked up a to go order. One of the items on our order was the chicken poblano fajitas. There were absolutely no tortillas and no refried beans. Further, the green salsa, which has always been one of my favorites, had the consistency of water - runny and positively tasteless.I called back after I got home with this disappointing meal, minus the missing items, but no one answered the phone. To be certain, it is Christmas Eve and it about 7:50 PM, I imagine people were going home. All I reached after the phone rang and rang was the beep of perhaps an answering machine, but it cut me off after about 10 seconds so I could not leave a message.At any rate, what was once one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area has now been dropped off the list. This is truly a shame.
