Los Nopalitos

Ignore the comments saying this place is "scary". Those comments are all left by white folks who think they are being adventurous for eating tortillas outside of Pappasitos. Great tacos. This is my go to spot in Oak Forest area for great chicken tacos. I get mine on flour tortillas, corn if I'm scared of calories that day, with onion, cilantro, tomato topping. Always tastes fresh and the salsa is spicy and delicious also. Sometimes there is a language barrier but my taco order has always been correct.

Stopped by to check this place out, place seems a bit understaffed during the lunch rush hour. Had to wait 15 mins just to order something to go. Girl was very nice and pretty so I didn't mind. Went to the restroom and by the time I got out the food was ready, so I liked that. They got my order right as well, I didn't have to take it back to them or anything. I'm really picky when it comes to fajita tacos and this place isn't bad at all, the meat isn't all ground up or thin, I like it when the fajita meat is still kinda thick cut. And taste wise is about a 5 out of 10. Overall I give this place 4 stars.

Great food! Authentic! Salsa is pretty hot, but has a great flavor. Taste with caution! Staff is friendly as well.

I been going to Nopalitos for over 10 years the food is awesome great Mexican food the only thing I don't like is sometimes there be homeless or weird people in the parking lot specially at night so if you go make sure you're not alone

Place looks clean, good ambiance the food that we get was cold the asado de puerco was so salty rice was really cold, we ask for numbers of things that they have in the menu and they didn't have it, available, the food have great taste but they need to slow down with the salt. I really don't know with what they clean but it's smell funky when we arrive, maybe was the restroom dirty but it was very smelly . I would give good stars but if they improve a little more this restaurant will be successful. I hope they improve this little things.

So stingy with the super burrito. Smallest super burrito ever. And their chicharron is refrigerated. Left a nasty after taste. I'm fat so I know what I'm talking about. First and last time coming here.

The food is really good the food comes hot and the mole is amazing the tortillas are good but they are store bought but the service is good they give you chips pickle d carrots and onions and sun really good salsa and you should definitely come try :)

Worst huevos rancheros I've had in my life. The salsa ranchera was runny and the beans were bland AF, couldn't even fix the taste with salt and pepper. Couldn't finish it.

Been going here a couple of years now have not been in a while due to working from home but have tried quesadillas did not like but many of my coworkers loved huevos rancheros and bacon totally disgusting enchiladas did not like I'm not a big enchilada fan anyway ground beef tacos and taco salad was great but so far my favorite is the beef fajita tacos they could use more guacamole and pick with them though yes the place is scary but worth the trip
