I had the taco Alhambra. The meat was burnt.The steak supreme burrito had an odd taste (dish rag aftertaste.)Service was mediocre. Never had my water cup. Offered salsa for the tacos and never got it.Ambiance was classic Mexican. Whimsical chairs and paintings

Solid 4 star Mexican restaurant. Everything was what you'd expect, minus the tortillas. They were a bit bland. The mole was rich and tasty. Overall good standard Mexican food in Colorado. The service was friendly, even comping a margarita for one of our party who just turned 21. The margaritas were fantastic. Not too sweet, and they carried a hood kick confirming they had tequila in them.

Los Marcelos....... wow. We live nearby and recently moved here. I didnt know this was here when we signed that lease but And I didn't know how much it would improve our life in this neighborhood. First things first everyone...the young man who serves and waits tables here has the best energy. Sometimes its busy and he's the only one working and sometimes its slow and he's still the only one. No matter what he just always is radiating divine vibes!! I'd come back just for him and I mean that in a human way not in some flirt way. Next. two for one margaritas all day? Stop Thats amazing. My partner and I always take advantage of that. And they come in these cute hand made (seemingly hand made...i'm making assumptions here ) cups. See my photos. They're good margaritas too. Sometimes (usually) we acccieentally get wasted here. Good thing we don't have to drive home Finally. The food is amazing. Somehow we always come just as the sun is shining in right on our table and the warm glow kisses the food like the heavens shining down when the amazing young man sets the plate on the table. I lose my mind. Again see the photos. This is our go to spot when we feel q little lost about dinner. Thank you los marcelos... being in your establishment makes my life a hundred times better.

I consider myself a bit of a Mexican food snob. I may be a gringa, but I know good food and especially green chili. This place is fire their salsa has amazing flavor and consistency it's perfect. And I crave their burrito supreme with ground beef and hot chili. It's literally the BEST burrito I've ever had in my life. You have to try this place!

This restaurant reminded me that I definitely do not live in Texas. The service was fine, our server disappeared after our food was delivered and the bus person ended up taking care of us. Now the food. We got the queso fundido for the appetizer. It was delicious, the chorizo was pretty oily... but it's chorizo and sometimes it gets oily. For the mains, one of us ordered chicken enchiladas and the other ordered the combo 5 (beef taco, chicken burrito, and cheese enchilada) I was asked which spice level for the burrito... I'm a pepper belly and chose hot. Thank god I did. Everything but the sauce for the burrito was so incredibly bland... the taco beef may have been salted... but that was it. The sauce covering the enchilada may as well have been straight tomato sauce...Needless to say, I don't think that I will return.

One of the best breakfast burritos in town. I have been going here for 10+ years and it is worth it every time. The breakfast burritos are huge with lots of flavor and green chili. Highly recommend giving this place a shot.

Amazing service and great food. We have 3 kids and we always leave with happy children and full bellies. The enchiladas are my favorite and the guacamole is always fresh!

The food here is amazing! My boyfriend and I come once a week for breakfast burritos and the servers are always really friendly and attentive! Definitely our favorite place to eat!

Our party of three ate lunch there today. I ordered cheese enchiladas with onions. When served it was chicken enchiladas so I told waitress I ordered cheese with onions. She seemed a bit perturbed but did take them back. She asked if I wanted same sauce...not knowing that different enchilada plates had different sauces I said I suppose so...just wanted cheese enchiladas with onions and sauce. Got new order fairly quickly...no onions but I just let that go! My bill came and was charged $16.99 for cheese enchiladas. I figured she forgot to adjust from the chicken to the cheese as menu stated cheese were $14.99. Waitress informed me I was charged extra for same sauce that goes on chicken ones. I complained and was told nothing she could do as she not one who sets prices. No effort was made to adjust price with manager or owner. She just lost several customers as a result! Back to Tequilas in Golden in future as they have great customer service!!!

Absolutely amazing in every way! We go every time we can. The food is fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and efficient.
