Los Lagos Restaurant

Found it driving down the road. So I walked in and very clean and updated. Parking was full. Someone said it was hot and bad service. I will have to say the opposite. I was greeted right away and my drink came just as fast. The food was awesome and popping hot. Nothing was greasy and the ladies were so nice to me because my spanglish was not so Bueno. But she smiles and said ok. And the ac was on high. I left happy and stuffed. Will be back for other dishes I saw.

I was heading to Subway for lunch when, lo and behold, right next door was a new restaurant! A pupuseria! Clean and spacious, I walked in and asked for the menu which was full of delicious looking items. Including a traditional Salvadoran breakfast. I ordered [in Spanish - in case that makes place feel more authentic like it does for some] a combo with two pupusas, a tamal, plaintains, and beans & cream. My total was ~$10 which seemed very fair for the amount of food. Delicious and I'll be back for lunch soon.

Brought my mom to have breakfast as soon as you walk in you feel the heat inside the restaurant, you seat yourself and wait for a waiter to bring the menu to you. Our waitress just came said welcome with the menus and walked away to help another party you had just walked in and took their drink order and came back to use minutes later. We order drinks and she didn't bring them till 20 minutes after we ordered and I asked for our drinks when she finally came to take or food order and she said she hadn't brought them yet because hadn't ordered food. Mind you we order a coffee and juice (nothing free like water) they also have a little girl about 11 yrs old going around serving ppl drinks and chips. Service is slow and it's way too hot. The food was ok.

I was headed to the Subway located right beside this restaurant but decided to go in here instead after looking at the pictures displayed on their windows and being curious about Honduran food. That was a great decision because the food I had was delicious! I ordered the Sopa de Res (beef soup) which was full of chunky vegetables and big hunks of beef in a savory broth that was piping hot - just how I like it. And I ordered the Plátanos (plantains) which were tender and just the right amount of caramelization. The prices were reasonable as well. It did take 20 minutes to receive the order as "to-go" but it was lunchtime and the restaurant was almost at full capacity. I will be back for more.

Delicious food ! One of the best sopa de mondongo I've had! Everything fresh. You wait a little long but it's worth the wait. Horchata is also on point. Comida deliciosa! De las mejores sopas de mondongo que he probado ! Todo fresco, recién hecho. La espera es un poco larga pero vale la pena. La horchata está buenísima.

The pupusas are good here but slow service. If you order online there's a fee and it takes almost an hour to be ready.

Food is good service is very slow and it's a small restaurant most service is takeout sometimes it takes up to twenty minutes for servers to attend you

I went to this restaurant for the first time , just to try out and we love their food hot,fresh, They have the best "tajadas con pollo" ever , pupusas are great as well . Looking forward to come back. The only thing I notice was the waiting time to pick up to goOrders , since they always busy it takes to long , but for dine in it's fast service.

If i could give them zero stars i would. Visited this restaurant and i found a hair on two occasions on the SAME visit. And the waitress still had the audacity to ask me if i wanted to keep the plate or not. And the hair looked like it was cooked WITH the chicken. Never coming here again!
