Los Cucos Mexican Cafe - Pearland

After multiple experiences I can say this is my absolute favorite restaurant in Pearland. Service is always phenomenal and food/drinks perfect! We started with the trustworthy gold margarita (large of course) and pepino caliente. The gold margarita is worth the extra couple of bucks and you get 3 drinks out of the pepino caliente shaker. We had to get queso as an app, mostly for the homemade thick tortilla chips. I do wish it had more onions or peppers incorporated but still good. We got the Deliciouso for two and every aspect of the plate was so tasty. It was more food than we needed so I had leftovers for lunch which were just as good. I also really like the enchiladas here. I've never left here unsatisfied so I will continue to support this business in the future.

Sometimes the food is ok and sometimes it's meh. I don't like their enchiladas. Liked their fajita and carnita tacos. Their Mexican rice has good flavor.Love their chips and salsa, especially the green salsa.

First time visitors. When we arrived at six, there were few tables filled. Still, they insisted on squeezing our ten guests onto a table for eight. It was uncomfortably tight. Chips and two kinds of salsa were average. The strawberry colada was sweet and refreshing. I ordered the Plato BomBom--a cheese enchilada, three bacon wrapped shrimp and a chicken fajita taco. This plate was AMAZING! The service was so-so, with our waitress disappearing for long stretches. We wanted to order dessert, but couldn't keep waiting and waiting for service to return. We will try this place again some day!

First off is the welcome at the door and it was there. As we walked in we were greeted nicely and felt welcomed. Bar service- The bar service was very slow even if the restaurant was not that full (I checked). Now I understand it was only 1 bar tender but it was really slow for the drinks to come out. Server- guy was nice and polite. What the company needs to do is have their server/workers try some of the foods and learn the drinks. He could have barely answered some simple questions we asked. (Ex. Which of the drinks on your menu is the biggest?) I was sent here when I asked someone where I could get a pitcher of Margarita and so you guys know.l, they don't sell it here. Food- food was fantastic. The flavors are on point and the meats are not salty like they only used salt and pepper to season. The fish, shrimps and crabs had enough lemon where it wasn't fresh and well seasoned.

I am so confused at why this was such a horrible experience because it was so simple. I repeated my to go order 5 times, even when we got there repeated it again and the order was still wrong. The hosts and server were incompetent. I've been in the restaurant busy so I understand until it just comes to stupidity. Spent $42 and want it all back. Anyways, don't recommend.

I've been here twice with my girlfriends and the service is always nice. We've only gone on Fridays and they play some good music near the bar. Now, the food is okay. I haven't found my go-to dish yet lol. The last I ordered was the beef enchiladas. I'm a huge enchilada fan and it was meh. I hope to find a dish I like soon!

Great service, some creative menu items. Good, solid cafe for the suburbs. Even though this restaurant has been here a while, the restaurant wasn't tired looking--bright and fresh.

Food is pretty good but the service is consistently horrid. Also this place used to have the best red salsa out of all the Tex Mex places in pearland, but recently they've been putting in so much cilantro, like wayyyyyy too much. Very disappointing.

Food and service were excellent! Went on a friday night and it was fairly busy, but we were sat quickly. Really good tex-mex flavor and flour tortillas were home made , huge plus

Server Daniel was very quick and helpful. Food came out very fast and was delicious. I got the beef fajitas and my fiancée got the chicken fajitas + the Chile con queso. The tortillas were delicious and I think the Chile con queso with those homemade tortilla chips are probably the best I've ever had in my life. Beef and chicken were very flavorful especially with the salsa verde. Also, whoever did the decor has very good taste. Incredibly impressed!
