Los Chingones - RiNo

We came to Denver for a wrestling tournament and we were craving Mexican food. I checked on Yelp and saw all these reviews so I couldn't wait to try it. Originally, they said it would be a 45 minute wait. They were able to seat us within 15-20 minutes. Plus number 1! Steve was our server and he took our order right away. We had multiple taco orders shrimp, barria, carne asada. Then an order of enchiladas. Everything came out so hot and fresh. Steve brought us extra limes also. The tacos are amazing!!!! Of course the kids wanted the churros with Mexican chocolate. I've never had a better churro in my life! Even Disneyland can't beat the taste of these churros. We will definitely visit this place anytime we come to Denver. The ambience was cool too. Definitely fits in the with downtown vibe. Thanks Steve

If you're looking for a fun hangout location in RiNo, you gotta try Los Chingones, good Mexican food selection with happy hour specials. I ordered El Pastor tacos, street tacos size. I loved them, very flavorful. They add pineapple slices on top which gives them an authentic Mexican taco taste.$5 margaritas were good.Sitting -They have downstairs sitting /bar and upstairs sitting with patio sitting with also upstairs bar. Bathrooms are located on the first floor.Vibe-They have Mexican music playing which I enjoyed a lot. I loved every song.

Stopped in on a bar hopping day. Drink #2 and we were hungry again after disappointing empanadas up the street. We wanted to sit at the bar. The place is a little moody but lively. We sat and ordered a few shots of 1942. Yea! We decided on the nachos to eat with pollo adobo. My sister had steak tacos. Wow! Best nachos I didn't male myself! I would go back just for those and to try what is a great selection of Top Shelf Tequilas. The bartender was friendly but we got stares that made me a little uncomfortable. We left after eating. I didn't give them four because I felt slightly uncomfortable with the stares. We complemented the food to other staff before leaving. Maybe they thought we were celebrities I will give them another shot as my excuse for more nachos.

I stopped here for lunch to grab some quick tacos! It took a few minutes for the server to come greet me, but once she did the service was quick. The food came out with in minutes. I ordered Brussels to start & they were great! I then had 2 taco Tuesday. I came back for dinner and enjoyed the margarita tree! It was great!! The atmosphere was fun and there is outdoor seating. Very open & plenty of space!

We had great drinks and food here! I got the pick three tacos: birria, shrimp, and fish. They were all honestly really good! Rice and beans tasted fresh as well. We snagged a spot on their rooftop and it had a lovely vibe. They have indoor seating as well as a patio downstairs. Service was good as well!

We stopped here on the RiNo food tour and tried the adobo chicken taco! It was delicious. I also got the margarita, which was one of the best margs I've had since moving to Denver! The staff was friendly and attentive and the restaurant has an awesome patio and rooftop!

This spot is a solid Tex-mex go to in the area with good vibes and good food. I've been here a handful of times now and have enjoyed every meal I had here. Sometimes there's a wait at night because of the location but we've never had to wait longer than 10 min (sit at the food bar if you can!). Unfortunately I've never been able to enjoy their rooftop but I believe it's open in the summer months so I would recommend you check it out. Will continue coming here until we move.

Los Chingones in RiNo is a must-visit! The guacamole is incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and pairs excellently with their crispy chips. The margaritas are top-notch--refreshing, well-balanced, and pack just the right punch. A great spot for enjoying delicious bites and drinks in a vibrant atmosphere.

I came here with a girl friend on a Friday night around 7:30pm. We were able to get a seat right away on the roof top. *Stairs only It took a while for a waiter to come up to us but that was okay because we were catching up. Started with some drinks and they were delicious, bare in mind the spicy marg.. is spicy. lol My quesadilla was delicious. It had a little kick and was very filling. The tacos were also yummy with the shrimp taco being the favorite. I did take off one star because of the stairs only, and bathroom. Only one stall was available and there was a big line.This is a great date night spot or group hang out. The did have table that were big enough for six people. Overall 4/5 stars!

Been here 6 times and was always a good experience, my last experience was terrible though. Service was bad. Went for bottomless mimosas for brunch. I received two drinks in a 50 minute time span. Had to ask for a refill, my server didn't offer more. A carafe would have been a faster better cheaper deal to order. I always tip $40 plus for bottomless drinks. " the server upstairs will be less skeptical about giving more drinks " that's what my server told me.Checked on us after 25 mins ... didn't even bring more water or offer more water. Came with the check ready to get us out of here.The place was not packed at all either. Always have had a good experience but the last server I got definitely has me feeling not good about coming back .
