Lolita Restaurant

Amazing experience at Lolita's. This is NOT a fancy restaurant. The menu is up on a board and you order at the counter. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos, rice and beans. All this food for only around $14, which is not bad! Everything was delicious and authentic. Will definitely come back for sure.

Absolutely delicious tacos! Affordable as well. I highly recommend the chorizo tacos. They were flavorful and exactly what I was looking for. Ask for the salsas too. They elevated the chicken tacos to the next level. The service was quick and efficient too. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants anywhere.The food is always fresh, totally from scratch and tastes fantastic. Their tacos, tortas and gorditas are out of this world. Carne Asada and Carnitas are my go-to and can't speak for the menudo.Being a small restaurant with limited seating, it's usually quiet and mellow...the way I like it.It's (wo)manned by a nice young server named Rose in the evenings and actively operated by a family that does seem to care.Oh and they're polite pet friendly!It should be noted that due to convenience of location, price and atmosphere I eat there 3-4 times a week.

Best tacos in Miami, family owned small business and cheap prices. 10/10 would recommend . Try the tacos chorizo

This is a cool no-frills local taco joint located right across from Riverside park. I've walked by many times as I go to and fro the park, but I finally stopped in to try this out, and I sure am glad I did. Outside on the awning is a big sign: "Comida Mexicana" that tells you everything you need to know as to what this place is all about.The food here is perfect, and the tacos are delicious. The meats are all cooked to perfection. The pulled pork was delicious and perfectly marinated. The chorizo was savory and very spicy. The steak was excellent as well and was perfectly grilled. The wait times do tend to be a bit long, but the service is great and the food is served exceptionally fresh with the tacos still steaming.The prices are like going back into a time machine, back to a time before covid and an era of free government money printing. Who the hell still serves $2 tacos you ask? Well the answer to that question: Lolita's restaurant. I don't know who this Lolitas is, but I would hazard to guess that she is a damn fine woman. Take a break on your wallet the next time your walking down Calle Ocho and come to this little known hidden gem serving up the finest tacos to Little Havanians.

Very good. It's divey...like super divey, but that's part of the charm of this place. Not at all busy on a weeknight. We ordered seconds!

The food was alright but when it comes to the sauce they so stingy like you didn't just buy 4 orders of tacos and they only give ylu two sauce

This place has great food. I have had almost everything on the menu, except for the shrimp soup and fried fish (due to allergies). But my husband has had them and he says they are very tasty. The service is great. The place is small so at times it is crowded but that just means the food is good.
