Locos Sabrosos y Picosos

Okay, y'all are sleepin on this place so I'm here to give you an updated review and some extra pictures of the menus. I was near Chinatown and was really craving a mangonada so I just googled the closest place. Y'all, for 11 dollars I was in for a ride. The elote doesn't come in one of those Dixie cups, it's actually quite a lot. They drench the mangonada in chamoy and tajin and it slowly melts while you nibble on the fresh fruit on top. I was truly impressed. The only issue was taking this to go because it was a little messy, but that's a me problem. The interior is incredibly tidy and clean if you care about ambiance at sit down restaurants, but anyways, give them a try!

From the moment I enetered i already knew this place was going to be fire So much to choose from, my family and I ended up ordering the street tacos (3 fajita and 2 trompo) And the chilaquil torta. The tacos are generously stuffed and so was the torta (not like some taquerias that fill it half way) Staff were pleasant. Cleanliness 10/10A must try for everyone. I'll definitely be back, I love a drive from here but it's totally worth it!

If you want a legit mangonada come to this place. My mangonada was spicy and sweet and definitely didn't skimp on the tajin and chamoy. I was very tempted to order a second one or try one of their other offerings, which include Mexican snacks and other drinks.The only drawback to me was that the mango chunks on top were not very sweet and could have been a little more ripe. The flavor of the drink otherwise was great

Actually the worst mangonada I've ever had!! It looked pretty at first but after a few minutes it was obvious that it was literally watered down mango and the pieces were not ripe at all. Also I don't know why the tamarind was brown I've never bit into it and seen this color. I gagged and threw it away I'm literally doing the FDA's job, no thanks! I'll stick to getting ripped off at Alpha Juice

This places sucks, I did not Get everything there but I did get the mangonada which is was basically water with flavor of mango. And the elote was pure water. They did not try to make it even look good I don't know if it was the people but the tastes wasn't even good plus it was 5 for the mangonada and 4 for the elote so expensive for water. Is just a wasteful of money. Don't come here. No venga Aki no sabe bien solo esta comprando aguan con sabor y esta muy caro.

Second time I come here and I was hooked from the first time. All the staff I've talked to are super sweet and helpful and helped me choose what to order. They have so many delicious options it's hard to pick just one. The place it's super clean and has AC so it's perfect to stay or you can take it to go. They have rewards program too . Prices are also super reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Fresh tasty food and a variety of fruits snacks and drinks! A perfect summer stop to refresh and recharge or bring the whole family. The place looks super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful in Spanish or English.I finally made the drive after seeing it on Instagram and will definitely be back!

Nice scenery! Quick visit and the elote was good! The Mexican coke was a little warm wish it was colder! OverAll it was good!

I was craving for an authentic mangonada so I found this hidden gem in my neighborhood. So glad that I tried this place. The mangonada was super yummy full of ripe mangoes, tajin and chamoy powder plus a tamarind stick. It really satisfied my sweet and sour craving. I also tried their beef tacos and they were delicious. My husband tried the beef tortas and he liked them. The place has a beach bar vibe and is very clean with tables and a couch to chill. They have a wide menu of different cold fruity drinks and snacks perfect for Houston weather. Definitely will return to try other flavors. Service was friendly.

First timer. At first I was iffy due to the location, but I was glad we went inside and gave them a try. They have a wide selection and priced fairly. We had the corn in a cup, topo Chico preparado and natural snow cone ( was not the best due to the ice they use, we prefer much softer small shave). The lady that was there was very friendly. They also have chips from Mexico and I bought my favorite one to go. The decor is Hawaii style, the sitting area was clean.
