Local Time Brewing is now open in Downtown Holly Springs. The space was packed since it's smaller and new. There is a small outdoor space too, I hope that they are able to expand that area. I tried a pint of the Columbia West-Coast IPA and the Tasman Hazy IPA and my husband had a pint of the Koln Kolsch. My favorite was the hazy. The pints are $7/each or you can pick a flight for $10. There were only 5 beers on tap so I'll have to check it out again soon to try their other beers. Cheers!

Great beer and great atmosphere. Can get Mama Mia delivered. Nice clean crisp beers with a great local spot.

Servers, the guy from Boston, the new girl or the other girl.... have no desire to be pleasant, talk about their beer, the flavors, nothing, just the coined what can i get ya. That's after standing in an already awkward place that has no Order Here or telling signs of where to stand. Seems. Like they have no genuine interest in their customers. Too bad, new place had potential. Just not a good experience.

The service is fantastic. Their Vienna Lager is my favorite! It has lots of flavor and no bitter aftertaste. 1/2 price wine night is always an option if beer isn't your thing. You can't beat the quaintness of downtown Holly Springs either.

Local Time Brewing is fantastic.1. The beer was excellent. I plan on having everything on the menu at some point, but tonight I had the Gentlemen's Breakfast and the Coffee Porter. BOTH, excellent. Not just excellent, I would stock my beer fridge with both and be perfectly happy drinking them exclusively. 2. The space is bigger than you would think, and bonus for parents: kid friendly! Good beer and the kids are entertained. Yes, please and thank you!3. If you're like me and you like some good food and beer, there is a really good Italian place next door that will bring your food over to you! 4. Local time is locally owned and operated. Supporting Local Time is supporting good people, and the Holly Springs community. It's a win-win!I've lived in Holly Springs awhile now, and I've been waiting for a place to become "my local beer joint." It's finally here and I couldn't be more happy. I can't wait to go back time and time again!

New to the area (April 2023); I went on opening day and it was crazy busy. Despite that, the team did a great job in serving everyone. The opening salvo of beers were very good- a couple excellent. For food, they partner with Mama Mia next door to offer some limited selections - and Mama Mia will even deliver it to you. Great place to hand out so far and will definitely go back!
