If you have puddles in the parking lot, can't keep the little bit of grass neat and the outside looks run down.....I have no interest in walking through the door. I just wouldn't feel confident the kitchen is clean. And since the Huntsville cops are always eating there.... no thanks. Cops eat just about anywhere....I like my intestines LOL

My husband and I came here last night for dinner, I got the beef fajita nachos. The fajita meat wasn't your typical fajita meat that you would normally get on nachos like those little cubes of fajita most restaurants use, they were thin sliced but very tough pieces of fajita. They put a ton of green bell peppers on it, when I ordered I wasn't thinking they're was gonna be so much green bell pepper, they only put beans and cheese on the bottom layer of the chips before they piled on the onions, bell peppers and fajita meat. They are a notch above taco bell nachos....was just a waste of money. However, I did see they have migas we decided to go back this morning even though the food wasn't very good last night. I ordered a miga plate to go, when I got home they didn't include any tortillas so I had to make my own. Other places I've gone they include the tortillas, shit I've even seen pics of they're migas on yelp that have tortillas. The Migas themselves were OK, nothing to talk up. I think my favorite part of this restaurant is the green sauce. That to me isn't a reason to make a 3rd trip to this restaurant. It's like a 2 out of 5, we will not be returning.

"Lindo" translates to "cute" in English. I'm not sure what is "lindo" about a ramshackle building hiding behind an overstuffed dumpster teeming with flies and bees, but I'll subscribe to the old proverb/cliche, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Perhaps the name is meant to be ironic. What Lindo Mexico Taqueria lacks in curbside appeal, however, it more than compensates for in flavor and value. On a recent roadtrip through Huntsville, my dad and I struggled to find a place, *any* place, open for breakfast. The only place we could find was this sketchy looking taqueria on the outskirts of town. To our surprise, we enjoyed one of the best breakfasts on our trip.My heaping breakfast paradilla (a great value at $10) arrived on a sizzling comal, attracting the envious stares of salivating diners nearby. The hash browns that constituted the base were crisp along the edges and fluffy in the center. The grease from the dollops of Mexican chorizo permeated the browns, imbuing them with the salty, slightly vinegary snap of red, rendered pork fat. The eggs arrived as ordered (over easy), the onions and peppers were slightly caramelized, and the American cheese brought the whole dish together. A few squirts of complimentary green salsa (likely tomatillo mixed with jalapeno) gave the platter a spicy kick.My dad was equally pleased with his huevos rancheros, featuring over easy eggs topped with a piquant homemade ranchero sauce. The accompanying refried beans tasted of lard (always a plus) and the hash browns were every bit as good as the ones on my platter. The "hecho a mano" flour tortillas were fluffy, toasty, diaphanous gifts from the gods. So, why four stars instead of a laudatory five? Well, the place did not look particularly clean. The restaurant was only 1/4 occupied, but most vacant tables had not been bussed. Perhaps the waitstaff were overwhelmed, but I doubt that was the case; someone should have stepped up to clean the tables. If you're looking for a fast, convenient, inexpensive place for breakfast in Huntsville, then this little taqueria will surely hit the spot. Despite my misgivings with the facade and unbussed tables, I plan to return the next time my dad and I visit Huntsville.

Grabbed this place as a quick option while visiting Huntsville. I got the 4 mini tacos w/ pastor. Once I got there to pick it up I saw they had pupusas for 2.5 so I had to get one! I got my original order immediately but had to wait a little for the pupusa since I ordered it last minute; no problem at all and they were very welcome to adding to my order. The tacos were phenomenal, some of the best I've tried in Texas so far, pupusa was crispy and steaming hot. I also got free chips, queso and salsa with my order which was awesome! The vibes in the place were awesome and they have a little drive thru too which i thought was cool for a non-fast food restaurant. 5/5 for me, wish I was visiting again so I could go back. My friend had the beef and chicken tacos and also loved them and the beans that my order came with.

We weren't expecting much when we ordered from Lindo. Downtown Huntsville Texas is not a foodie center. But this little neighborhood restaurant surprised us.The food tasted authentic, with a rich variety of spices and flavors in each dish. The queso sauce on the side was delicate rather than hot, and added a nice rich mouth feel. The red salsa was moderately hot with some complex flavors. The salsa Verde again wasn't hot but had good flavor. The refried beans and rice were just plain. The green enchiladas were "fine, but nothing special." The combo enchilada taco and tostada was actually pretty good, although the tostada was too soggy in the middle to be picked up.The best dish was the nachos fajitas with a good combination of fajita chicken, vegetables, and a cheesy sauce. We finished it off the next day, and it was much better after the flavors had had a chance to mellow and meld. Overall a solid neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy, but a nice meal for a weekday evening.

This place used to be good about a year ago but idk what is going on with them as of now. They mixed my order up and I had to go in and get my real order. Even though I asked the lady twice if she is sure it's my order bc I ordered four things and got only one plate. The only thing that was good was the nachos. The birra tacos were dry, no cheese, barely any meat as in it was all fat and had no flavor. My two steak tacos one was good the other had a hair. My steak torta had more beans and avocado than meat. The service was good idk what's been going on with their food.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. We ordered fajitas for two, and they didn't give us a plate to make the fajitas on, they only brought out the plate that the fajita meat was on and the plate with rice, guacamole ect. Which I thought was strange. I'm not sure if they forgot to bring them or or what. The service was quick when we dined in, however there was a car in the drive through that was playing their music so loud that you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you, which is not necessarily their fault, however the car with the loud music was already waiting in the drive through when we pulled up and was still there waiting for their food after we left, so I don't understand why they didn't ask the car to pull around to the parking lot where the music wouldn't be so loud or ask them to turn it down. I also don't know why they were waiting on their order for so long, because we got our food so quickly inside. I did however think the food was good and I think it's very possible that they had an off day. If I had gone on at a different time on a different day my experience could have been completely different. But I will not be eating there again after the way things went last time.
