We ordered about 6 different tacos. The breakfast tacos (egg/potato/cheese, egg, bacon, cheese, egg, brisket, cheese) and the kogi steak taco were the best ones we tried. I would eat these tacos again! The shrimp taco had good flavor, but the shrimp was overcooked and chewy. I would not get that one again. The kid's cheese quesadilla was a bit dry, but the rice and refried beans that came with it was pretty good. It was actually a little addicting and I will probably order it with my next meal.You might need to be a little patient as the food is not super quick if dining in. I did see a steady flow of take out orders, so that might be the way to go if you are in a rush.

Solid breakfast taco. Good habanero. Lettuce wrapped hot eggs melted cheese and bacon ill give you the 5th star for discontinuing this option forever. Mess up your own people's food.

The service was amazing, and the food was flavorful! I went to this location because it's right by my gym and I desperately needed to get some food in me. The woman (I didn't catch her name) that helped me was so incredibly nice. She walked me through the whole menu and gave me personalized recommendations. I went with a Kogi steak quesadilla and some chips and queso. The quesadilla was delicious and had so much flavor! The queso was good and stayed warm all through my drive home. I'd highly recommend this place!

This is no regular taco joint! This is the 3rd LT restaurant. They recently opened and seem to be doing great! Parking is very convenient. Love that! Service was great. The young man helping me made suggestions and was super informative. Tasty tacos and lots of menu options. I had the Texas Brisket and the Cali Club, both on a flour tortilla. They must be freshly made as you order because both tacos were piping hot! The atmosphere is good with fun murals on the wall. They have bar top type seating available and regular tables with chairs if you prefer a lower style. The fountain drinks are Pepsi products. They also have a small standing cooler with Bubly canned drinks and juices. There are a couple tables outside for dining too. Good news, Liberty Taco serves breakfast tacos all day! I can't wait to try those! They open at 7AM weekdays. I'm very pleased with my lunch. Great little taco spot! A++++++++++++

Liberty Taco is always a good idea. I have eaten at 3 locations and none of them miss. The Kogi taco and the chicken tinga are our favorites. We usually get the guacamole and the mild salsa on the side.

This is our go to place for breakfast tacos. Generous with the filling, these tacos are packed with flavor. The egg/chorizo is insanely good without being too greasy. H loves them & the egg/bacon taco. We've tried them all & love them. I love their bean/cheese tacos. Their salsas are really good & run from mild to hot. Tacos travel well so they're always hot when we get them home & unwrap them. The store us kept very clean & they have the nicest people running this location.

I stopped by Liberty Taco for a late lunch before an event in the area on a weekday. Located in a shopping center, parking won't be an issue. You order at the counter and then they bring your food out to you. Liberty Taco is similar to Torchy's and Velvet Taco in that they're all about creative tacos. Instead of tacos, I went with a quesadilla because throw cheese on anything and I'm a happy camper. I went with the bulgogi quesadilla which comes with a Korean dipping sauce. And a soft drink. The food came out quickly and the quesadilla was a generous portion. I love the fusion of Mexican and Korean which you'll see at some food trucks and they do it well at Liberty Taco. Service was friendly and they have free WiFi. All in all, a solid spot for a quick meal with a creative menu in a laid-back atmosphere.

BREAKFAST TACOS ALL DAY, QUICK COUNTER SERVICE - STEAK / BRISKET EGG & CHEESE: Both solid & pretty filled tacos - KOGI: Some sweetness to the meat which was tasty - BAJA FISH &SHRIMP: If you're getting baja definitely go for the shrimp rather than the fish. The fish just tasted little fishy I recommend getting the orange hot sauce. It gives a good kick. AOK but not my go to spot for tacos

I tried the Caribbean chicken and potato, eggs, & cheese tacos. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but omg the jerked chicken was very well seasoned. It was so flavorful, and the bits of mango were super refreshing. I agree with other reviews when they say that this place doesn't skimp out on filling! It was pouring out my tortilla. The breakfast taco I had was delicious as well. The staff is super friendly! I'm not a fan of Torchy's or Velvet Taco, so this place was such a good find. They have innovative flavors that still have that mom & pop taco joint flavor. This place is truly a gem.
