There have been many Lenny's locations that have opened and closed through the years, but this the by far the best one they've ever had. It's very heavy on the 20th century diner vibes this time around. The 50s music was cranked UP. The seating looks totally retro. I think this is the first time I've seen them really care about the interior, and I'm here for it. They still have some of the most underrated burgers in town. The Mexican Burger is a bit sloppy, but you won't be able to resist it. My go-to when I roll through here is the BLT. It comes on a bun, which I usually wouldn't like, but this one is one of my faves, anywhere. Perfect ratio of ingredients. Bacon leaning on the crispy side. Portion is generous. Service is really good and I don't think it's taken them more than 10 minutes to get my lunch out. Lenny's really has an argument for best fast food in Phoenix.

I give this place a 4 because the food over all was ok burgers and fries. There is a lot of homeless people that come and go. The floors are dry as it needs to be swept and mopped. They normally keep it very cold in the lobby but today was very warm. The workers are very nice and you can see that they are working hard, always busy. I will be back if I want a burger and fries real fast.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews but this experience calls for honesty. My best friend is in town and we drove by this place and thought it was super cute so we decided to stop in and we were quite honestly appalled. While the vibes were awesome the service was subpar and so was the food. Aside from Lisa who was attentive and friendly the rest of the employees were rude and not helpful. We waited for Lisa to help us while three other employees stood in the back staring at us (minus the one who was sitting down on her phone the entire time). When our order came all three of our orders were messed up in one way or another and we had to send two items back...despite half of our order being cold we still ate it and dipped. It's highly unlikely that I would return based on the service alone.

I just waited 15 minutes for a drink in the drive thru lane. When I asked why it took so long ? She had an attitude and said that they have an $100 to prepare and they were short staffed. Very bad customer service.

Food was really good and the place is really neat as far as decoration and interior- but then I went to the bathroom. The men's bathroom smells like someone hit me in the face with a turd and squirted rotten urine up my nostrils with a medicine dropper. Piss all over the walls, poopy toilet paper on the floor by the toilet- this place needs a hazmat crew to fix their bathroom- disgusting. I'm a little worried that I just ate a whole meal from here. Not to mention at least two of the employees were tweaked out of their minds. Wtf Lenny's even the floor by the front door made my shoes stick to the ground. Naaasty

We were downtown at 11am and had heard about this place from a friend, decided to give it a try. Parking lot had one car, but the drive through had a few cars lined up. Was a little hesitant their not having a lunch crowd, but decided to give it a go.Ordered two burgers with onion rings and two root beer shakes. Had a seat in one of the booths. The decor is a 50's theme, stainless steel ceilings, black and white checkered floors, red booths and table seating. A big screen is showing 50's lore while the music is playing from speakers of that decade. Awesome art to gaze upon while waiting for our lunch to be served. Bright and wide windows to view the tall buildings and Central Avenue. Place is immaculate and looks new, loved their setup!Our orders were served to us and... wow! This burger put In-and-Out, 5 Guys, to shame! Best burger I have had in years! I ordered the regular with everything, my husband ordered the mushroom burger. I had forgotten how great ground beef can taste! All the fixings were fresh and crisp. I honestly can say the burger looked like a commercial advertisement! Onions rings were great, and the root beer float was amazing!I will definitely return when back in the downtown area! Thumbs up!!

There are not what they used to be. I ordered my usual ranch burger and was looking forward to it. I enjoyed the first bite, until I went for my second and saw pink in the burger. Once I saw the pink, I could not continue eating my meal. The fries were good, but alas I did not eat them because the pink burger stole my appetite.
