Beautiful space, quick service and the food has been awesome so far. The wings are huge and pizza is solid.

Tried the Leader Bar recently prior to a concert at Wrigley. It's nice and close if you like to pre-game like I do. I had the House club w/fries. It was really good! The fries were nicely done with a crispy, crunchy goodness to them. All was down nicely with some tap Blue Moons. I will def be back here in the near future and keep it in mind for nearby games or concerts. Oh and the service was good too!

Ordered food for pick at 7pm. Said ready and 7:25. Arrived at bar at 7:20. Food hadn't even been started. No apology. Was told I had to wait 20 minutes. Still no apology. 40 minutes later food finally came out. Ignored the whole time. Still no apology!!! Got home, $18 salad was just chopped up iceberg. Chicken had no flavor, def not blackened like the menu said. Pot roast was cold. The whole thing sucked and my head was ready to exploid. reality is, a heart felt "I'm so sorry for the mix up" would have gone a long way. Their service has always been kind of questionable but this experience was just mind blowing. Prime example of succeeding in spite of your self. Wow. I've been in the business and really do understand sometimes shit happens. But there is never an excuse for ignoring your customer that you have inconvenienced and not apologizing for a situation that could have been fixed with common courtesy.

Cool neighborhood bar in North Central. It didn't look like much so we didn't have big expectations. LeaderBar certainly lived up to its name. After going here it has become a favorite for when we come around here. The atmosphere is pretty chill and prices are okay. Another one of these bars that has better drinks than food. It's not a problem, because the drinks are great. They're harder to live up to. Has basic beer and liquor. Those looking for a fancier cocktail will be happy too. It's about $11 for a cocktail. Last time I had a Paloma. Quality liquor in this such as Bittermen's Hellfire Habanero Shrub, and Dobel Silver Tequila. Has plenty of other refreshing cocktails. The food is more of an afterthought to be honest. It's about $9 for Chips And Guacamole. There's very few good vegetarian choices here. Better place for drinks than any food. It's better for those who like barbecue and meats. There's also a nice patio.

Decent service. The waitress was decent. What I didn't like is when she took our pizza that had 8 full slices left and threw it away without asking us. Then when we questioned her about it. The only thing she said aboutIt was sorry. Couldn't replace it because the kitchen had just closed. For that I think you should take it off the check and she/ they didn't. What a disgrace. I was actually liking this place u til then. Also, buyer beware. They charge for ice there in this joint . Wth. Smh. Wowwwww.

My wife and I have eaten here and ordered out from them several times. 5-stars every time!HOWEVER, our last order is what garnered this 1-star. For $12 this is the chicken fingers we received. They were good, but NOT worth $4 each. Transparency - we will continue to frequent Leader Bar but won't be getting the fingers!

I usually come here on Mondays for trivia. (You probably didn't know they do trivia because they always look like they're closed and there's no advertisement.)The food is pretty good. The pizza and wings always hit the spot.The beer menu is decent and priced reasonably, but when it comes to mixed drinks they're overpriced and weak and they charge for the ice. Some of the staff are pretty nice. One time I was there and the guy at the bar didn't even crack a smile. We had a good hour before they closed and he brought over the check and said "Whenever you guys are ready". So I took it as he wanted us out. Rude! One of the waitresses came to the table, a bunch of times to check if we needed another drink and never once tried to clear out the empty pizza trays or plates or any of the glasses that were used. We had to literally ask her if she could take it off our table. Overall, it's a cool spot to watch the games and eat some good pizzas! I'll continue to go back. It's never busy. Maybe with some advertisement outside of the bar and some flashing lights, it will draw more people in.

I am regularly there for karaoke on Wednesday nights, and enjoy having a pizza. It's very good, and the karaoke host is outstanding. The service is usually quite good. The operations manager and owner make sure the ambiance is very comfortable and I feel welcome whenever I'm there.

We try supporting neighborhood establishments, but the service here consistently makes it really tough. This past weekend, we finally had enough. Our family sat at a table for 15 minutes, without someone greeting us or providing menus. It wasn't too busy, and servers and bartenders were doing shots with their friends. So we went to Angelo's and had a wonderful meal, with amazing service as well. We're done with Leader Bar. Second ownership where they just can't get things right.

Went there last night and the kitchen was in complete disarray.Our disengaged server took our drink and food order, and the waiting began.My meal arrived, and then 15+ minutes later the remainder of the meals arrived for my family. How is that OK?My wife's fish (fish and chips dinner) was grossly undercooked, and it was disgustingly mushy. The waiter never came back to check on us, and I had to get our bill through someone else.The management of Leader Bar didn't seem too concerned, as they watched whatever sporting event on TV from the bar, all the while the kitchen around them was basically crumbling to the ground.I brought up my disappointment with our meal to one of the managers, to which he really didn't give a crap, even when I told him that they need to be careful as they are serving people undercooked fish.So, this marks a couple of times now that Leader Bar has grossly failed since new management within the past couple of years. Fail all around.It is unfortunate, but this is the last time that my family and I will ever frequent this establishment. I wouldn't recommend it either. Many other places to choose from. Will take my $$'s there.Just my $0.02.
