Laspada's the Original Steaks & Hoagies

Just arrived in town and saw it was the closest spot. Maybe I'm used to Woodlyn, Claymont, and Philly steaks because these were super bare. Lesson learned, ask for everything here: condiments, lettuce, hot peppers..then verify before you depart. It was an experience

Never disappoints!! You can order hoagies to eat immediately or order to travel - they are delicious! Filled with meat!! It's hometown goodness & the first thing we get after we get home from vacation. The Italian Special is my go to and the Best around. Many times we get the Italian Special and Cheesesteak to split, because we can't decide! 10/10!!!

Yes yes YAAAAS. We came here last Saturday night and got takeout for the drive-in movie at Bellevue. We got a cheesesteak with American, onions and hot peppers, and an Italian sub. Both were amazing. Like fighting with my husband because he dare take a bite of my half amazing. We will be back and we will be spreading the word. Also, this place got a plug in the new HBO show Mare of Easttown. They said "it's La Spada's for subs". It is indeed. Come here, eat everything, you'll love it.

Exceptional Cheesesteak, never disappoints. In my opinion the best steak outside of the city.

First visit today. Got the Italian Special. I go to a lot of hoagie shops in the area and I have to say, this was the best sandwich that I have had. Totally awesome!!!! Highly recommended. I'll be back

Use to love this place. Must have came on the wrong day. California doesn't have too many good hoagie places, so I was looking forward to coming here. I got a turkey hoagie and of course the bread was stale. Nothing is worse than a hoagie with bread that isn't fresh. They fell off, a little disappointed.

They will make sure that you know the location when you call. Especially for me calling from Delaware, but once your name is in their system, it's all good. And based on my experience you will want to go back. This place makes great hoagies and cheesesteaks. They get the orders right and they are fast. My favorites are the Italian Special, Italian Veggie and cheesesteaks. Only get a large if you are going to share- they are huge! This is the original and the best. I highly recommend.
