Las Morelianas Carnitas Estilo

Perfect for a night when you're tired of the "gastro" and "urbn" places down the street. We had 3 lbs of carnitas, two buckets of beer and all of the fixings. Only $110 after tip for 6 and we had lots of leftovers.The area is a little rough and parking can be tight when Church is in session.If you're not Hispanic, only experienced and daring locals will take you here, but you won't forget it.

This place has real authentic Mexican food and Carnitas. My food was so good and the taste was so fresh and the Guayaba Cheesecake was extremely delicious. I highly recommend this Mexican Restaurant and they have great customer service, and they have dine in now.

Have been waiting for close to 30 min for my food , other people have come in and left and still nothing

The carnitas at this place are good but not always consistent on taste & the service is really distasteful. The women running the cash register is really rude. I've only come here a couple times but since my first time it's the same individual & every single time I can count on her being rude. Overall just based off of the service I wouldn't recommend but if you're in the mood for decent food and rude service definitely give it a go!

Was disappointed with the carnitas! I ordered the carnitas mixtas plate with beans and rice. You could tell the carnitas weren't fresh and the cueritos were nasty! Sad because these carnitas where no where near "estilo Michoacán!" How they advertise!

If you can't handle real Mexican food don't go here and leave it for the rest of us. Instead grab some wonder bread or head to Taco Bell. Gristle, Fat and every bit of the flavor. Seriously if you can't handle bone or the fact that meat ain't boneless and need that manicured Chevys stay away. This place is for real food lovers not for the sheltered sorts that buy boneless chicken or order teriyaki at a sushi bar. If you understand food...this place does it right.

All we can say is that we had chunks of straight fat and grizzle, greasy broth and a bunch of potatoes. for $14 we really got ripped off. We gave it to the dogs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went today and asked for the carnitas special and got the opposite of what I asked for. I didn't notice till I got home which I live around 25 mins away. I called and asked if my wife can stop by to have the order corrected. They said yes as long as we can show them receipt which I asked if a photo was fine and they said yes. My wife then gets there and gets attacked and gets told they need the food in order to exchange it. Keep in my the lady on the phone said it was fine. The manager then started to argue with my wife and mother in law in a very rude manner. Customer service sucks and so does the food. Never going back.

Birria has only like two pieces of meat and the rest is just water downed... not worth it

We love the food but service needs improvemen...we were there today for lunch...20 minutes after we order and no food not even the water nor the cup of coffee we've ordered, I ask the waitress about our order to which she replied that they had only one cook!. she should've let us know that it was going to take more than 20 minutes and should've have bring us our water and coffee to start but she didn. we go there often because we love the food but to be honest that particular waitress needs a lot of training.
