Las Caleñas Colombian Restaurant

Muy muy costoso $$$$$$$$ comparado con la calidad y cantidad de lo que sirven. Nos sirvieron papás dañadas. Adicionalmente nos cobraron un cargo obligatorio de 18% de tip/servicio que equivale a la comida de 2 personas más. Eso no está bien que sea obligatorio. Es muy caro, no vale la pena. Para esos precios ahí otros restaurantes mucho mejores.Very expensive versus quality and quality. Gave insane potatoes. In addition, mandatory service charge of 18%. Not recommended. A lot Better restaurant are found for that cost.

I hate to do this but, this is the second time I call them to complain and it seems they don't care much. I do not know what is going on with the quality of your food. It seems that the bigger the restaurant gets, the worse it becomes. I used to order food from La Olla restaurant and switched to your restaurant because of the service, and the food was amazing. But recently every time I order from your restaurant the food is mediocre, and the price is not cheap. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order food from your restaurant. Hopefully, the service and food quality will improve like it used to be when the two sisters that own the place help the clientele. How can you server bad avocado and bad cold eggs!

The food and service is great! The ambiance is so homie :) stop by it's worth it. I feel like I'm in Colombia.

I absolutely love my experience at Las Caleñas. This is a family owned and operated restaurant. And the food is delicious. My lunch date recommended we eat here and i have no regrets. My meal was a great value and it was delicious. Pro tip: They have a fruity smoothie menu that you can't go wrong with. Staff: Super friendly & bilingual ( because I can't speak spanish) Parking: plenty of parking in front and side of the building.

Ordered empanadas to go. Very disappointed at them. Just look at it! Literally empty inside. Thought they were way better.

This is a mom and pop restaurant which I love trying.Service was slow, I mean slow. When we sat down, it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and ask if we were there to eat??? Really, why would we have come in, sat down and look like a dear in head lights waiting for someone to take our order as we are looking at the menu. With only 3 tables I could not understand why it took 6, count them six times to get a refill on water. And that's after flagging the waitress down from chit chatting who was literally 5 feet away from me. Now as far as the food, I got the paisa Bandeja thinking this was a safe option. The beans were flavorful but that's about it. Was not the worst but nowhere near the best. When I tell you service is bad, when I went to pay at the register because no one brought us a check, again it like they were surprised I needed assistance to pay and that took several minutes for someone to decide to take my payment. I'm baffled that a family owned businesses would not do better when it comes to service. I will not be revisiting this establishment ever again.

Good Colombian food. I work around the area I always go there for the bandeja paisa. Also the restaurant is big and not small good place I like it and the food

This is the spot to go right now this summer. When you're looking for a quenching... thirst calming... something. Try there Lulada, Salpicón, Champús. Mmm mmm they're all made out of fruits from Colombian. Such great tasting treats/ drinks. I Promise You'll Thank Me Later.

It is very expensive and the quality is not very good. They also have the tip included as if this were a four-star restaurant. I only give it one for the service.
