Highly Recommend! From the greeting at entrance to all waitstaff!! And exceptional applause to Lala our waitress!!Everything was perfect including cocktails and all of our dinner choices. We sampled the shrimp plate and beef tartare as well as the Gnocco for starters. Delicious. Both of our pasta choices were also so flavorful. Scallops and Halibut were the perfect entrees. This was our first visit to Lark and we will definitely be back.

The manager at the Marriott in Cohoshoken recommended the 23 minute drive (without traffic). Yes, we got to a Reinassance Inn. Yes, we took a separate elevator. And yes, when you reach the top, you enter elegance, views and a staff to just sweep you off your feet - happy, professional, polished and refreshing. The wine list is out of bounds (SHOCKED ME TO THE CORE), and the bar is as eclectic and creative as any NYC swank. Yep. And then, there is the FOOD. The dining experience is top notch. A small and yet dreamy menu. 3 parts. Appetizer, pasta and main. Seasonal and above all - fresh with a subtle elegance that is at par with any Michelin star. Seriously. The striper crudo was acidic, perfectly balanced and went OH SO WELL with the beautiful sparkling Chenin Blanc I chose. Then there was the steak tartare. Creamy. Protein-forward with slivers of parm and thin and crispy foccaccia (which seem to be the star in the restaurant because most tables had ordered the foccaccia and burratta - ok, so it is one of the cheapest appetizers, but still... amazing). The oohs and ahh's were prevalent. You know? That moment when you feast your eyes on the plate and then take that first bite? Yea, that one. Taleggio angolettini in an overnight caramalized the onion sauce that is ethereal. The sweet onion plays so well with the taleggio "bite". Total zen. Total balance. Then came the halibut with a paper thin, buttery and crunchy sourdough in a delicate lobster broth that was as flavorful as the crustacean itself. We also tried the octopus which was a bit on the chewy side, but that is not the fault of the kitchen but the supplier. I was not crazy to see it had sumac, BUT in the chef's elegant seasoning restraint, it was just right. PERFECTION. The flavors? Just so bulls-eye it made your toes curl. HAVE THE DESSERT! The soft serve with that sinful bourbon caramel.IF you think the food is delicious, rest assured all the staff is as delightful as the meal. 360 degree wonderfullness!

i truly had a wonderful experience dining at this place. We were seated by 8pm and it was the perfect timing for golden hour. Even better since I requested for an outdoor seating. Everything from the service, views, and food were top notch.Octopus: fresh texture with sweet sauce and a hit of mint. Grilled artichoke: charred artichoke with amazing sauce that's not overpowering and complements well together.Gnocco Fritto: not too impressed. Sauce could have better flavor and prosciutto doesn't enhance anything in my opinionTallegio: cooked perfectly with enough sweetness and worked well with the crunch from grilled onionTruffle gnocci: fresh gnocchi with shaved truffle. A bit too salty for my likingCrusted halibut: this is MY fav by far. Crispy skin on top, tender meat with summer veggies and delicious broth.Duck breast: not a fan of the after taste/smell. Sauce was good.Steak, tbone (not on the menu) cooked to perfection; medium rare is the only way to go. I wished they compliment it with a better sauce but it's not horrible. Sauce was more meh. I will come back and def recommend this place.8.8/10

After I ate here, I couldn't stop talking about it to my friends and a lot of them would be like "OMG I LOVE THAT PLACE TOO!!"Truly goes to show how popular this spot is getting! The decor was lavish, stunning, what a beautiful sight. The view - even crazier!! They've got an outside deck and it overlooks the river, perfect view of the sunset with all of the hills, wow perfect picture. The seafood...is on a whole other level, seriously how is it so amazing?! Everything we ate and LOVED:~ oysters~ little gem salad~ yellowfin tuna crudo~ beef tartare~ fusilli with rabbit sausage~ bucatini with mussels~ glazed scallopsBe prepared to drop some $$$ because these prices don't play, but neither does the quality because everything is SO GOOD! We came to celebrate a friend's birthday and they made us feel so special. The staff was exceptional, super attentive, conversational and made the whole experience so fun. They surprised us with a sweet treat, it was homemade strawberry gelato and it was so incredibly fresh and a perfect way to top off our amazing meal. Thank you Lark, we will definitely be back!

This review is tough because in a lot of ways this is one of the best meals I have ever had. Every item on the menu is well thought out, flavorful and exquisite. Every time you take a bite of something, the flavors keep coming. The decor is classy and elegant and they have a nice little rooftop. You can tell a lot of thought went into planning this place. Unfortunately, the service here was abysmal. It started with the rude hostess and just kind of went downhill. I walked in around 5:05 for a reservation for 5:15 and all she said was "your reservation is at 5:15" in an annoyed tone. Then, she says they won't seat you until half your party is here, despite everyone in our party being guests of the hotel. Mind you, the restaurant is only about 20% full at this time on a Tuesday. After we got seated, we had a really nice server who explained the menu. However the flow of everything was off- I actually wish I had timed it. Our appetizers came out immediately but then they took our plates and we probably had to wait ~30 minutes for our entrees, despite everything being ordered at once. I think it took 20+ minutes for me to get my drink order. I wonder if you can just skip eating in and get takeout here because that's probably the best way to enjoy the restaurant.

Loved this place and will definitely go back for food. We sat at the bar for a bit while to head to a waiting for a concert and it was the perfect spot to see the sunset, cool river views and delicious craft cocktails. We didn't eat dinner here but everything that walked by us looked amazing. Bartenders were friendly and the pace had a fun atmosphere.

Always a great time, professional service and flavorful meal at Lark. Definitely one of our go-to nice meals. T bone steak special easily a top 10 rivals or better than Barclays for the locals. Great bar and deck in the warmer weather, top spot in the area. Highly recommend.

This was my second time at Lark for dinner, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and consistent with the first time we went. I highly recommend their Agnolotti pasta dish as a second, you will not be disappointed! I also love the light and open atmosphere/decor, it really sets the vibe for the entire meal. They have a beautiful patio area that overlooks the river, and I'm looking forward to coming back and enjoying the view with drinks/apps as the weather turns!

We got lucky and a reservation opened up right before our movie! We were supposed to just have a drink but we ended up getting delicious pasta and bread, and another round of drinks. Good vibes and service all around!
