Lam Bo Chinese Buffet

Nothing about place is right.. starting from the decor, the seating, carpets and ending at the terrible food.Weekend dinner buffet is $15.99, it's not worth $5, taking into consideration the quality of food , the meat and the presentation.. sauces all over the place, no hygiene, nothing!! I say charge the extra $ 5- 10 but serve some edible food. Looks like the crowd comes in for the price of the buffet not the quality. Dunno how this place is running.. Avoid at all cost.

I quite literally got immediately sick after coming here. I'd give zero stars if I could. My headache started before I even left. Shitty food and the low-star reviewers aren't lying about the zero quality food they serve. 18 bucks for an adult. WORTHLESS!!! Never coming back.

I love it here. I see not that many people like it, but maybe it holds a special place in my heart because I've been going there since I was a kid. I also always get the same three things, the lo mein, curry chicken, and Mac and cheese. My favorite combo lol. Their selection has gone down over the years for sure, though, but my same three choices remain, so I still love it.

Oh the Lam Bo. Oh the Lam Bo. The food is terrible, but I have a deep love for them. I have been coming to houston and going to the Lam Bo once a year since I was a wee girl, and so regardless of the food quality I'll keep coming back for the mems. But seriously... for a Chinese buffet. It's not good.

Bunch of low quality options. Not much options. For that price better to go to any other buffet in Houston. Was very disappointed, Chinese buffets are usually decent

Lousy food. Had to give it a star in order to post this review; but the real rating is no stars! The buffet and selections are half as much as it used to be when this place was good and packed. Stale choices for many items as if those had been out all day, and possibly from the day before! The floors were dirty. Will not be back.

On their website the mention they have something for everyone gluten free vegan etc. however there are only a couple of vegan options broccoli and green beans but the host did not know if those vegetables were suitable for vegans. They did have a a limited amount of fruit mostly canned fruit, fresh oranges and honey dew melons. For the price extreme limited options if you are vegan . I give this restaurant a half star for vegans.

I've been going here since I was a kid, I remember coming to this place almost every time I love going to lam Bo, the food is not as perfect but everything else is. The service is good everyone is nice. I will soon go and see lam Bo again!

Service has always been very good. Food USED to be very good. I went for the first time since pandemic and overall food quality is now terrible. I felt sick all afternoon from eating there. Chicken was over and under cooked, seafood smelled like bait. The Fresh Sushi Bar was also shut down. The place has seen better days. Not sure why they let it get so run down ?

Everything taste the same and it's just lifeless food no flavor and it's just making me uncomfortable don't come here
