When I visited this restaurant 10 years ago you could feel lahore experience , now I am bit disappointed. I went with high expectations after a decade, and noticed there's no flavor now. It might look pretty nice when they bring the food on the table however the taste / flavor is zero. Management has to work hard to bring back at Lahori taste and flavor Go to this restaurant when there is no other restaurant available on street. The good thing is they're open till 2 AM.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant on Devon. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is great, and the restaurant is clean. The food is truly high quality. We always come here for the haleem, which is the best in Chicago in my opinion. The chapli kabobs are perfection - very juicy and flavorful, and the mango lassis are amazing as well. While not a "fancy" place, the food and service are exceptional. If you're looking for reasonably priced, authentic Pakistani cooking, Lahore Food & Grill is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

This is possibly the most underrated restaurant on Devon. I've eaten at Sabri Nihari and this place is far superior just from a food perspective. It just goes to show that the unassuming places are often the hidden gems. The restaurant is the definition of a hole in the wall and not very flashy like other restaurants on the street but the management has always been nice to me and my wife and most importantly the food is always high quality. I usually get the haleem and the chapli kabob both of which are excellent especially the haleem. The one time I tried the chargah that was great as well. I have zero complaints about this place. It could be dressed up a bit which might matter to some but I can easily overlook it. Do yourself a favor and go to this place. In my humble opinion it's one of the best restaurants on Devon and it's criminally overlooked.

This restaurant might look unassuming from the outside but the food here just sensational. 10 years I've been coming here and the food has stayed consistently high quality. My recommendations: get the chicken chargha, Daal, chapal kababs and parathas. Pro tip: come here with an empty stomach so you can fully enjoy!

If you want Chicken Chargha that is made with Chaat Masala and not traditional spices then this is the place to go. Be ready for heartburn and blood pressure spike. Also, please make sure you take your own silverware and plates because they serve their food in paper plates, plastic spoons, and their food is warmed up in microwave especially the tawa qeema and tawa rice.

Let the picture explain itself (cockroach?).Also, filthy walls... Have they ever been cleaned?What does this tell you about the kitchen?Not to mention the lack of customer regard and service. Probably not in Lahore, Pakistan would they not disregard making guest feel welcomed. This was totally off here. Odd and suspicious personalities, they seemed to be thinking of something that was consuming their mind... Perhaps the kitchen or some other issue/ concern?They had no regard to check up on all tables and failed to attempt to be professional.It's not only about good tasting food when the environment where it's cooked and served is not up to par... Zombie like service is the vibe. If this is what one looks for in an establishment than dark dirty alleys with odd faces may suit your desires.Many reviewers must really love sitting with their buddies in this environment but if they truly knew about a quality establishment than they wouldn't go to Lahore Restaurant unless major changes or new ownership is situated.When a business doesn't "truly" care for customers than you get these results.Fail.

This is a must late night spot all grill items are amazing, Chicken Charga is must. Also had their chapli kabob and handi Ghost... everything was fresh and tasteful.We will be back again... one pro tip call in the order as you start heading there Chicken Charga can take some time to cook!

Lahore.. you don't go here for the ambience or a bourgeois night out. This place is legit just to relax and chill with your loved ones for a good time. We drive an hour just to go to Lahore. It is a bit dark and gloomy in the cafe to be honest.. but upon sitting down we have a garnishment of sorts with onions, lettuce, cucumbers and a yogurt chutney. They are known for their Lahore Chargha(half or full chicken in mouth watering flavors, spices, and juices)!! Y'all .. let me tell you!! It is fire!! You should order it at least 30 mins in advance. There is literally nothing better thn that chargha! The family usually gets the chargha, keema fry (fried minced meat), Lahore dal (lentiles), naan, and tawa rice (fire azzzz chicken rice)The staff is friendly, the food is priced reasonably, and you cannot get this flavor of spices anywhere else! Anyone with a flavorful palette will appreciate this joint!

I had the butter chicken with rice and naan. Everything was very good. When going back eill of course have chicken chargah with rice , naan and lassi mango.

Their chargha is the best. We tried chicken Karahi and chicken boti as well which was great. Would highly recommend it.
