First time in Miami, we arrived by the evening time, and were looking for a good place to eat. We looked on Yelp and found this restaurant since we were staying nearby. The inside is very uniquely designed to create the feeling that you're in Colombia, they do have outdoor covered seating but the weather was a bit gloomy and had rained. We were immediately seated and asked for our drinks, which found us ordering bottled water and mojitos. They asked if we wanted large, and large is HUGE, also costly, $42, but it does pack a bit of a punch. I enjoyed it and opted for another mojito, but a small, which was just as good. I would probably just order the small or large if I could do it again, passion fruit flavor was tasteful but Mango was better. As far as appetizers, shrimp ceviche and empanadas were a must, and they were very very good! The empanadas are crispy and served in threes, we went with one of each to try them out and split them amongst each other. We also ended up ordering a chicharron appetizer too, which was delicious. For our entrees, we went for picanaha, rice and beans and one of the more traditional dishes that came with fried plantain. The entrees were absolutely amazing and perfectly seasoned and flavored. It was enough for a person who is really hungry. To wrap it up, we ordered arroz con leche and a latte, which was very tasteful.Overall, we will definitely return, it is a bit costlier but the service and food are worth it in my opinion. It was not too busy for a Friday night, but as the night progressed, it did get a bit busier. By the time we left, the outside was full and festive!

Bad. Overpriced, under seasoned, small potions. I ordered the shrimp ceviche and they actually divided each shrimp into 2 to make it appear that it was more. The bandeja paisa was a joke. Coconut rice was bland. The mojitos were expensive and watered down. The don't have a full bar, a couple of mixed drinks were the only option. This is not authentic Colombian food in anyway shape or form. The inside of the restaurant was tiny with the majority of the seating outside. Service was ok. I have noIdea how on earth they received all of thesePositive reviews. Very disappointing

We decided to come back tonight and wish we didn't. All we can say is the service wasn't the same as two nights ago. The calamari was just as good. We tried the fried fish, coconut rice. It was just ok. Bandeja Paisa - the flank steak was good, the chorizo and beans were not good. The fried belly was bland.

My friend and I were in the mood for Spanish food and decided to try this place for their Bandeja Paisa. We ordered mojitos, but they were far too sweet and didn't seem to have much alcohol. The Bandeja Paisa was just okay--the steak was a bit dry, which was disappointing, though the chicharron was crispy and the beans were good. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't return.

Great little spot! The atmosphere was cute, it's in a pretty touristy area so it can be rowdy in the area depending on the time of day. We sat on the patio, which was decorated in a very cute way. To start, we got the empanadas. That was my favorite part! Both the chicken and the cheese were so yummy. We also tried the plantains and the yuca, which were both good. The plantains were sweeter than I was expecting, still good. I had the patacones costeo for lunch, and they were good! I think there could have been a bit more pico or some sort of spice, but the plantain base was really yummy and the meat was tender.Good little spot!

How lucky we were to get a reservation for nine people (4 adults and 5 kids) at this marvelous establishment! I start praising g the interior of this restaurant: when you inside it feels very cozy yet a bit chic, a lot of wall art will preoccupied kids and adults while waiting on your order. The food was absolutely fantastic. Kids devoured their burgers in one sitting. Seafood paella was compatible that we tried in Spain, fries fish was delicious too. I had to take out one star, since our drink order was a bit disappointing. We ordered margaritas, but it was not properly chilled, just topped with ice. It was not refreshing drinking room temperature cocktails. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

We decided to eat here during one of our nights in Miami Beach. Pros: -The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the empanadas-The main dish was a nice portion, and I am glad we decided to share a dish.-The mojitos were delicious. We had more of those. -Cute little spot. We sat on the patio since the evening had a little breeze. Con's: -I am a Yelper, and I check in everywhere. Here, a 15% coupon popped up. It was 15% off your entire meal. However, our coupon was not honored. Our server immediately told us that the owner would not honor our coupon. That it was an old coupon. I informed her that it needs to be removed since it was an "old coupon" -We could not order tacos from the menu-We could not order the burger from the menu.-The gratuity is an automatic 20%, and that was not a problem. Our server (she was kind of a turn off for us) told us that it wasn't basically for her, but for everyone else. However, when we went to other establishments, we were automatically informed that the tip was already included, if we wanted to leave an extra tip, it was our choice.

Service was similar feel as you were out of the country. You get to relax and they aren't breathing down your throats. Server was kind, attentive and honest about portionSizes. I could drink pounds of their Colombian coffee

Nice outdoor seating with a good view of the boulevard. Ordered 1 guac burger for one person - good burger and fries; slow service. They automatically charge you 20% gratuity regardless if you're just one person dining.

Enjoyed the paella here! I thought the octopus was going to be whole instead of on a skewer- wouldn't order this again.Ordered the passionfruit margarita, was good. Was charged a 20% service fee even though we were only a party of 2. Good for large groups, but probably wouldn't come here again.
