An out of the way, small local brewery and winery. You could get a flight of beer, wine, mead, booze slushy or a combo of all of it. The beer was pretty standard brewery flavors, nothing stood out, but the friend I went with tried the wine and liked that. The stout was a favorite. Added a star for the fun working farm environment - chicken literally running through the place, goats nearby, beehives in the back! Such a cute spot!

Nestled amidst the tranquil countryside, this brewery is a hidden gem worth the scenic drive. The journey, with windows down and tunes playing, sets the perfect tone for the adventure ahead. Blink and you might miss the entrance--a dirt/gravel road leading to a charming scene of vineyards, inviting outdoor seating, and spacious picnic areas set against a backdrop of wide-open fields.Upon arrival, you're greeted by the scuttering of wild birds and the promise of goats (though elusive during our visit). The entrance to the main building is whimsically adorned, complete with a coin-operated chicken feed gumball dispenser--a delightful touch.Inside, we indulged in two flights of beer and a sampling of their meads, opting to forego the food offerings. Alongside their beer, they also offer a selection of honey, honey sticks, and assorted wines, and meads for takeaway. While the beer offerings showcased a range of flavors, some hits and misses were noted. Personally anticipating the Raspberry Pecan Oatmeal Stout, I was disappointed by its unexpectedly tart profile, overshadowing the desired sweetness of a stout. However, the brewery's undeniable charm lies in its idyllic location and farmhouse allure. Basking in the serene ambiance on one of Texas' cooler evenings left us feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated.I highly recommend experiencing this oasis before the summer heat sets in. We look forward to returning to explore their meads and wines, as well as sampling their food offerings. Stay tuned for updates on our next visit.

This was our second time stopping at Lagrange Brewing Company as we drive through to visit family. It's such a pleasant place to stop for lunch for a yummy pizza, some good cold beer, and an amazing atmosphere! I could sit on their patio area for hours to just watch the chickens. The last time we were by they had live music outside also. They are super friendly and even asked where we are from. I like when businesses want to know about me, makes me feel welcome. If you twisted my arm to find one complaint (and it's no biggie) I wish the pizza was a little crispier but the taste is AMAZING so just ask for crispy crust if that's your preference. Don't miss this stop!

The place is on a cute farm with both indoor and outdoor seating. However, beware, the beer is not good! We got 2 flights to try all the options. Two of the beers were in drinkable. 5 of the 8 had a strong leather smell and bitter taste. I would have chalked it up to a bad batch but for multiple beers to have the same issue is not a good sign.We didn't try the mead or wine. That may be the better option for those who want to visit. I hope them all the best and maybe this was a one off bad beer experience.

Excellent brewery, winery and meadery with great apps and pizza. They also have homemade honey. The animals are free range and not afraid to beg for a bite. They have adult frozen Bellinis and Sangria as well. It's a must stop between Houston and Austin!

Good food. Good wine. Good beer. Cool atmosphere. What else could we ask for? The honey-based root beer was an added bonus. The pizza was delicious. The farm atmosphere was very relaxing. Will definitely be back!
