I was disappointed cause they used to be good. Margaritas were full of syrup and no good taste to it all, the portions of beans and rice were small and rice had some crunch to it. Unfortunately my family and I will not be returning

My family and I have been going to this restaurant since they opened, and up until recently have been very pleased with the food and service. The least two times we ate there have been horrible. The staff has changed and isn't very well trained. Our server actually spilled my very hot food on my leg. I think they must've changed food vendors as well because it isn't as good anymore either. Won't be back!!!

The service was friendly but your staff has no idea what is in your food.I love Mexican food, but I am a vegetarian, so I cannot eat anywhere without a series of questions. Most of the time, I just ask my Mexican boyfriend to teach me to make things.I ordered the chile con queso to go, and didn't think anything of it. Queso dip does not usually contain meat.As soon as I got my order and opened the queso in the car before I left, it looked like it was made with pork green chile. So I got out of the car, walked back in, and asked two staff members if the chile con queso was made with meat. One girl said "Uhm....no......no I don't think so....I don't know, let me check."She ran off and then another woman came out and said "No, it's just vegetables or something."At the time, I didn't think they would be liars or ignorant, but I was wrong.I left, got home, and we opened it up to find definite chunks of pork in the queso.Furious that I had just spent $10 on something we were not going to eat, I called the restaurant and said that they need to educate their staff, because there is pork in this, I asked about this TWICE, and was told to my face that the queso was not made with meat. She told me to hold while she checked with the kitchen. When she picked up again she said "Oh, the recipe must have changed just this week because there is meat in it now." Yeah, whatever.I asked TWICE. I came back in and asked, and you still let a customer waste $10 of their money on crap that will not get eaten. EDUCATE YOUR STAFF OR MARK YOUR MENUS!!!She said she would give my money back, but I am not driving all the way back up there. Horrible. Get your crap together.FYI, in case you decide to educate your staff or mark your menus:Vegetarian: No meat (seafood included), no broth, no stock, no gelatin, no animal lard, no animal fat. This is Denver, people want to know these things.P.S. Your website menu is not visible on a mobile device.

Super yummy neighborhood restaurant. We got the queso fundido which was excellent, the street tacos - our faves were the carne asada, the carnitas, and the el pastor (nothing wrong with the chicken or barbacoa just didn't quite stack up to the others), and the tacos la Fonda mixed. The rest of the menu looks pretty par for the course of a local Mexican restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Overall the accessibility is pretty good. There is at least one accessible parking spot with an access lane. A little bit of a steep ramp from the parking lot to the front door, the front door is somewhat heavy and doesn't have an automatic opener. The tables are a little close together but not too bad. Lots of different table and bench options. The door to the bathroom was light, although the path to the bathroom is pretty tight because of high chairs and other items being stored there. There is an accessible stall with grab bars that is a little tight room wise especially when the changing table in the stall is open. Soap and sink are reachable from a wheelchair but paper towels aren't. They have a menu online but not sure how accessible it is via screen reader.

Food is not good. Won't recommend. Ordered to go and did not get any of the condiments that will need to come with the caldo de res and the menudo only got one drink I paid for two. ( ordered through DoorDash).

I would give this place zero stars. Came here to place a to-go order and sat for 45 minutes and didn't even get to place an order. The waitress told me to take a seat and I will be back ASAP and there I sat. I made eye contact with her multiple times and still I sat here.
