La Cruderia

Stopped while running errands for lunch. I was not disappointed. My flexitarian friend enjoyed., enjoyed the tortilla soup. I had a lovely cauliflower ceviche. The margaritas were flavourful. The Re S ample parking nice and roomy with a range of craft cocktails and a large menu ranging from seafood to kids meals

Been waiting for this location to open up in spring branch! It was a solo lunch so I ended up getting an order of the cochinita pibil tacos, a Jamaica agua Fresca and a slice of flan for dessert. The tacos were super flavorful and the sauce was nice and spicy. They didn't give me any silverware but it would have been nice to have some cause my tortilla was breaking apart due to the juices from the cochinita pibil. The flan was a great way to end my meal. Super nice employees and great service. Would be back!

Great food, solid happy hour ($5 drink and food options) and they played the long fun version of happy birthday for one of our guys! We will definitely be back again!

I'm very picky when it comes to seafood but I had zero complaints when trying La Cruderia. Seafood was fresh, Micheladas were ice cold and service was amazing

I had been to La Crudería in Bellaire. I decided to try the new one on Long Point, especially that they had posted they were having a Posada and happy hour. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. I didn't see a Posada. A D.J. was playing tropical music in the outdoor seating area. The only specials they had was a $1 frozen margarita and another type for less than $4. The restaurant plays music pretty loud. But it was louder with the D.J. outside. Our waiter was nice. We got a chicken or beef tamal on the house. They looked good. I'm pescatarian so didn't have one. My family did and liked them. Everyone seemed to like their food. I had grilled shrimp tacos. They were good but I didn't think they were delicious. Maybe a ceviche tostada would be better. Taking into account being on Long Point, I found the place pricey. It's not a great area. However, the place was crowded. And my brother visiting from L.A. said those prices don't surprise him. The plate of three tiny shrimp tacos is $11.99.

Cute place but they don't speak any English here. It's fine you can point at the menu. Cocktails are fine and the menu is just standard TexMex fare. Will return! It's affordable and empty. Not sure it will be in business long.

Came here for dinner with my family on a random Tuesday evening. From the music to the decor to the menu this place brought back childhood memories of when I used to visit Mexico as a kid. Wife and I had drinks and we both enjoyed them very much. We had the shrimp empanadas as an appetizer and they were incredible, so much flavor packed in there! I had the Baja style fish tacos and they were very flavorful, just wish they were a tad bigger. Wife had the tinga chicken and she loved it. For dessert we had the pan de elote (Mexican cornbread) with ice cream, it was delicious. Service was great, waiter was very nice and quick service. Will definitely be going back!

More of a seafood place, great variety of food.I recommend the Baja fish tacos and the aguachiles negro.Service was exceptional place was maculate.

The Torta Asada and Birria Flautas were really good. Food had tons of flavor, but they aren't plates. The stand alone dishes are appetizer sizes at full plate prices. I just wished I knew that before hand, as I wanted to keep ordering food. The place feels like it belongs in the Heights and would thrive as an after bar spot. The staff were extremely friendly and checked on you at just the right time.
