Amazing staff!!! Amazing food... it's a small Cafe with Delicious food and Amazing Looking French Desserts... we had the Turkey and Cheese Croissant and donut with pastry cream ( i forgot the actual name)... The right amount of sweetness and the Croissant was the best we ever had... and we ordered Signatura La Croquantine coffee... The person making the coffee himself asked us which cup we want the coffee in and after giving an amazing coffee.. he waited for our approval... the staff were soooo welcoming and hospitable....MUST VISIT for Amazing food!!!

Very very slow. Things are good but service is extremely slow. I ca e in for a coffee and a baguette bread and I was waiting for about 25 min standing in line and there was just one person in front of me.

Nice little French cafe. The baked goods are superb. Our visit for breakfast was delightful The breakfast we ordered, which included eggs, bacon, and a croissant was not the best. We found the entire dish for $18 overpriced. The prosciutto tomato mozzarella sandwich was great in flavor and very fulfilling. Overall the service was great. Perhaps something to check out if in the area.

A quaint cafe located within the mini mall you'll be pleasantly surprised for a good bite and coffee. Upon arrival we were greeted by the baked goods that are on display and tempting to order. If you're dining in, feel free to go grab a seat and the wait staff will attend to you. We came for breakfast and ordered the La Croquantine omelette and Steak & Eggs. I opted for the salad rather than the French fries that come with the steak and eggs which was very good. The steak was a ribeye cooked medium which held good flavor. I recommend ordering a croissant, it was very good and soft. Baked to perfection. The ambiance was typical of a French influenced cafe located in the Doral area. Felt comfortable and gave the impression of a bakery/cafe but nothing to brag about. The service was great. The wait staff was very attentive and continued to check in frequently. Although it seemed to be a team approach as there were multiple waitresses attending multiple tables. There were moments of not sure who was responsible for our table but overall the staff was great and friendly. A surprise stop here at La Croquantine for what was a very good experience and the food was well made. Overall 4 stars

This would be the 4th time we've been here. And now the last. Each time we've come it's been very hit or miss. The food isn't anything that blows you away, but the few pastries they have are decent enough that we've been back. Each time the service isn't great. Today no different. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere. Then were asked to move to a smaller table, even though the one we were at was never used the entire time we were here. Which was an hour. Took our order and didn't bring my father's croissant which is all he ordered. Couldn't get it for him during the meal cause our waitress took the order, someone else brought it, and we never heard from anyone again until almost an hour later. Then I had to correct the fact that they still charged us for the croissant we never got. The place itself is breaking down. But enough with seating outside.

Tucked in the front end of a strip mall behind a gas station. This place is very homey and the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. You are greeted with the French pastry display that gets your mouth watering and ready for ordering from the menu. You may first come for a quick treat and a cup of coffee but you would not be blamed should you decide to take a seat and order from the menu. The coffee was more on the dark roast side. The pastries were delicious but on the too sugary side. There are very good savory choices that dominate the menu so you are safe for breakfast and lunch.

This place while looks and seems amazing, underwhelms immensely. I went with my mother and grandmother to this place. I saw it was a croissant place and was interested. My mother speaks fluent French and is Moroccan for context and has been to France many times. She knows French cuisine. I, on the other hand, know a few French words and never have been to France. I've been to a few good French Bakeries and Cafes throughout the years but they are not easy to come by. So that brings me back to this place. We came to grab dessert, pastries, etc. I was immediately impressed by the cakes and pastries they had and the croissants. The selection was good and they had a strawberry tart. However, the service was interesting. We told them we wanted to order and they told us "okay here or to go?" We said here and they told us to choose a spot. We sat down and promptly given menus. I was confused because we wanted pastries and didn't know they served food. It was a nice misunderstanding because we got to experience everything they have. I was originally going to get an AvoCAT toast but switched to an egg Benedict. My mom got a quiche. My grandmother also got the same thing as me. Sadly, I have nothing good to say about my food. The quiche was delicious even though it looked a bit unappetizing. It was delicious but heavy with butter. My egg Benedict was sweet. Like they used sugar instead of salt and then I got a piece of sugar in my mouth and I was proven correct. The hollandaise sauce was not only sweet but bland as well. The egg was interesting as it wasn't traditionally poached by soft-boiled. The yolk did save my dish a bit but overall it was sweet and that turned my appetite off. The side of fries were great because that was what I mainly ate. The pastries were completely different from the food. If you think it looks good, it probably is as a pastry. The strawberry tart was great but in honor of full transparency, I found mold in two of my strawberries and went back to return it (obviously), I was expecting a whole pizza press situation (iykyk but if you don't, my last review explains it all). Instead, they were quick to resolve the issue and I was left with new tarts that were even better than the first one I had. This place is pricey in my opinion. It was 8 dollars per pastry pretty much so with tax it hurt my wallet. It was 17.50+ for a tart and chocolate eclair. The croissants were good and fluffy and honestly despite that issue, I will be back for more pastries tomorrow. My overall opinion is it's a decent place but do not get the egg Benedict as it is not good. However the pastries are not to be missed! It's a cute and small place to be in and even the outdoor setting is nice. I really will I could rate it higher but for my breakfast choice, it really underwhelms as a breakfast spot.

Quite a nice spot for enjoying a little trip for France. The croissants and desserts in the case look nice enough to be in a fancy French bakery in Coral Gables, not some random plaza in Doral. They taste pretty good too. I got the pistachio croissant and it's literally filled with pistachio cream. Quite a few other flavors to choose from too! We also picked up a few bread to go and enjoyed them as well.

The staff is very friendly, a bit slow sometimes, but I love going there because the food and desserts are amazing! The onion soup is the best I have had in Miami, the chicken crepe is superb, and every single dessert I have tried has been very good. And now that they have done some redecoration the ambiance is very pleasant, I will keep coming back for more

I stopped in for lunch at this casual bakery/restaurant, having just pumped gas at the Shell station right next to it, and it looked inviting.I ordered the Croque Monsieur. Big mistake!A Croque Monsieur is basically a ham & cheese sandwich with bechamel sauce. The bread is often dipped in egg similar to French toast, and it can be fried, grilled, or baked. Here the bread was neither fried, grilled, baked, nor toasted for that matter- just plain white bread. The sandwich appeared to have been placed under a broiler for a minute, AFTER the cheese/bechamel sauce was put on top, just to slightly brown the bechamel. To add insult to injury, this plain ham and cheese sandwich on white bread cost $14 with NO fries or any other side. A side of fries cost an extra $7 and the side salad $5. The sides were better than the sandwich. So with a drink, tax, and tip, my simple lunch cost me $38.If you go, I recommend that you order one of their baguette sandwiches instead, they looked much better.
