La Chingada Mexican Cuisine

Wanted to check out this new place near work with some coworkers. The exterior is the repurposed IHOP and the interior still has some hints of the old pancake hut but they are well on their way to adding their charm. The staff were all very nice and attentive to our table and the others. I ordered my favorite meal of quesobirria and the presentation was beautiful. The flavor was good and the consume really kicked up the overall meal. I think in a few months this place will be packed as they have the good pricing, good parking and great lunch selections.

I was excited to check this place out. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and they all greeted us. We were served chips salsa and a side of black bean dip, which was different but good. I had the enchiladas holbox(seafood enchiladas) en salsa roja. I enjoyed my food and the limonada too. The Chile con Queso was also good. The only things I didn't like too much was 1) the table salsa wasn't spicy at all. I need spice with my food. 2) it was a bit pricey for Mexican food but not too bad. All in all , I will be back to try more of their menu.

Visited for the first time this week and honestly the food was pretty good. I got the birriadilla (I think is the name) SO GOOD-HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I'm used to getting the complimentary salsa and chips in the beginning but they give you green salsa and refried beans.. which I've never seen the beans before but they were good!Margaritas are really good, to me the frozen was stronger than the rocks. Food came out in a timely manner. Service wasn't horrible but the bartender was either new or just wasn't good at multi tasking. (Me and my friend were the only 2 at the bar) and I had to ask for more chips 2-3x, he kept walking away and messing with the tv and watching tv with the other servers while I'm trying to get his attention. Very friendly just forgetful and not attentive to the point where it gets annoying. I would def go back, I already know what to order next because those birriadillas HIT

Highly recommend! The food was delicious. We ordered the Cochinita Pibil Yucatán-Style and the Bisteces en Chile Pasilla. Both were super tasty. The Micheladas were good too. Great service provided by Erika. Definitely found our new favorite Mexican restaurant!!!

Came for lunch with a friend. Atmosphere is decent, but low to no music in the areas other than the front. The wait staff was pretty amicable and came by to check on us often. The food however was very bland. Little flavor on the enchiladas. The beans and rice that came with it were no better. My friends food, the flautas were just as flavorless. Good service but not great food.

Our first time here, hostess said we could choose were to sit, Food was delicious, almost tasted like my moms cooking.Tortillas chip were fresh/crunchy and were given salsa verde and black beans the food was well made, I'm happy the tortillas are hand made pretty good size. We purchased Chile con queso side and my husband loved it. He said the meat was cooked perfectly it was soft to bite in too, the only thing he did say was he wished they would of add more than 2 shrimps on his parillada mixta waitress was ok that's because I think she was the only waitress and she was busy. I got the meal that came with two tacos one tinga and another Picadillo, I had the tinga substitute for picadillo but waitresses forgot or must of not heard me , when I said that. We got a Horchata and a Cucumber-lime agua Fresca both were very good. Place is big I would say windows do need to be Clean better they look like they were clean with a dirty rag. I would definitely go again.

My co worker and I love trying to new places for lunch. She past by here and said she wanted to try it and we did and got sad because it wasn't as good as we expected it to be. Now i know they are new so that could also be it. But it's from another part of mexico I believe. I tried ordering the pastor taco meal but couldn't substitute it for steak which was weird. So i order three ala carte beef tacos and they were okay, the corn tortilla was bigger than usual. The hot sauces they provided were hot, but the green one had flavor. This was 6/10 for me. Hopefully it will better

Our first time here, so we tried the machete quesadilla with beef fajita. And damn! It's the best quesadilla I've had in a long time. Hats off to the chefs. Esta de la chingada la comida, delicious. Service was great thanks to Axel our waiter. Always attentive and courteous. Great music and the ambiance feels great. We are definitely coming back again. 3' foot machete quesadilla

Wish I could give them more stars. Always seeking an excellent Mexican breakfast so I tried them out. I've now had their migas and a la Mexicana and opinion is about the same on both. Eggs a bit undercooked (wet) and potatoes were under cooked and not soft. Everything lacks flavor except the salsa verde which is the table dip. Most things on the menu are overpriced and their "happy hour" isn't comparable to other Mexican restaurants close by. Chips and salsa don't come with to go orders and you must ask for them if you are dining in. Tortillas are good and taste homemade, but unfortunately don't come with the breakfast plates.

Food is blah .. No seasoning.. seems like a knock off version of El Tiempo Cantina.I make better queso than they had. This is not a Mexican restaurant.. this is Tex-Mex if you need to classify it as something.Not sure where all the 4 star reviews coming from
