Best Cuban sandwhich ever! It's so tasty with many layers of different meats and cheese and their smoothies are pretty good too, but thick. I guess its about $6.50 for a cuban sandwhich and $3.00 for a mango smoothie. It's fairly priced and the people are so friendly. It's a very welcoming place and I think things have changed since rose v's review because both women that I talked to that worked there spoke perfect English and they were really funny. I guess though, Spanish is the primary language as opposed to English being the language they speak first, but if they realize you can't speak Spanish, they're really accommodating.Parking on the street out front is always available. I guess, my only complaint is the location and the interior (and exterior) design, but whatever, I was there for the good food and friendly people. *FYI, this is a sandwhich place (if you didn't pick that up from the restaurant's name) so no rice dishes...

Horrible service. I ordered an egg sandwich, and they charged me $10 I GOT 2 EGGS AND BACON AND CHEESE!DEFINITELY A RIP OFF!! I understand that prices are going up . But not $10 an egg sandwich. I definitely won't be back! If u are looking for an affordable place to eat . Go to Billy's downtown dinner a block away . Much friendlier service and better prices! And the food at Billy's comes with HomeFries!

I got my cheesesteak with everything. I had a trunk picnic on Rockland Rd. The cheesesteak came on a Cuban roll that was toasted. This was a big fat sandwich for $8. It was real steak. It was more shredded/mangled/chopped than traditional cheesesteak chopped meat. It was very good. I am not 100% sure what 'everything' was but it added a lot of flavor. Cheese, the cheese was the weak link. I had to watch my video to see if it had cheese. More cheese and this is a top cheesesteak.

you guys take too long to make a sandwich! been here for only a few minutes and last time i was here they never took this long. there is like literally four people here waiting including myself. 22 minutes later k get my sandwich, it was hpt but the pastrami was burnt on the ends not charred but deliberatwlt burned. there was an order ahead of mines basic 3 han egg and cheese sandwiches, jow do you over cook my order? i came in first, yet my ordee was taken last. i had a passion fruit juice which was actuallt good but i went to use the restroom and there was No soap in the unit. aske the girl why? she explained that the woman cooking was a female chef, again why would that matter? get some soap! the old man after me ordered a watermelon and pineapple fruit smoothie i guess he's still waiting for it. its my second time here i wont be coming back anytime soon. Sandwich shop EL Punto is way better less headaches less excuses. No one should wait close to a half hour for a sandwich when you have no one waiting in the restaurant. its quite shabby in there and it lacked the cleanliness one expects at a food estanlishment. The counter girl wasn't that attentive too busy on her cell phone and in the back with a friend instead of working the counter and being mindful of a persons time. Next time clean up a bit ger some damn soap in the restroom wash yoir hands ! and learn to serve to public better. They will lose my busimess for certain.

If I can give them a negative zero I would, the cashier does not speak english so she doesn't even understand what your trying to order. I liked this place bc the sandwiches were good but now, its just skimpy. I just ordered from this place and I thought I could trust them so i didnt check, but when I got home my sandwich isn't what I ordered. Fuck this place.

Our favorite sandwhich spot around. we call ahead and pick them up. They also have great fresh juices that are a little pricey but they go great with the sandwhiches. They sandwhiches are a great size with lots of ingredients. My favorite or El Punto

I waited over 25 min for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich! Yup you read that correctly. NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!! The sandwich wasn't good and charging $11 for a basic shake and sandwich is ridiculous. I wouldn't waste my time. This place has its consistent clientele and that's why they are open. Not to mention... You go inside everything is dark and just not appealing at all.

Seriously bomb! I placed an order for of Cubans for my office and impressed! Pressed, meat was flavorful the food arrived hot too which was surprisingly.

This is a really good sandwich place. The wait isn't long! Food is tasty and the people are nice and professional!

I went there to get a quick turkey and cheese sandwich warmed up they took there sweet old time and had me waiting and half n hour then I look at what I got a sandwich with hot sauce it seemed racist to me but I'm not sure then I open my fruit salad and old fruit the watermelon was soggy turning colors n I'm supposed to eat that wtf no I can't eat anything like that let alone pay for it but I didn't realize until i left how terribly this place was run and how you could serve anyone food like that that establishment is disgusting along with the staff anyone condoning food being served like that and the service lagging deserves nothing less then to b put out in public how you run your business WOULD NEVER EAT OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT THERE
