La Casa del Sabor Food Truck

This food was amazing! Fresh, hot, and quick. Look, you know this food is good, when customers are in the parking lot telling you what to order! This was my first time stopping by, I was in the area and decided to stop. Its a small food truck, with bright colors. There is plenty of parking as it was located in the parking lot of Food Lion and Home Depot off of Six Forks Rd. We decided on the recommended cuban sandwich, steak sandwich, and croquettes. It came to about $32 before tip. Not one thing we order disappointed! The cuban sandwich is Miami style, for reference. The croquette were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired with a savory dipping sauce that was a great add!Oh and let me not forget that steak sandwich...my my my just try it. Try it all =)

Food was amazing! Steak sandwich was super crispy and fresh! Will be coming back for sure.

Love Cuban food, but it's a challenge to find it around these parts. This little food truck packs a big punch. Food was delicious and fresh. The cuban sandwich was awesome and the staff super friendly. Support a family operated business!

I'm hoping to have the chance to change my review, but unfortunately it seems the hours listed on yelp aren't accurate. I also couldn't find any hours on Google, street food finder, etc. I drove 45 minutes from Durham to try it hopefully owners see this and update hours/days of operation

I would give this truck zero stars if Yelp would let me the so call Cuban Sandwich was Pure Garbage Trashand way way way overpriced for the quality and size this truck is a disgrace no wonder there is never a line.The turkey on the sandwich had a weird unedible taste and the ham was from the cold cut department in the store it was thin as hell you can see through it just horrible that they use packaged thin sliced ham that pissed me offThe cheese was just as thin as the ham it is so thin that I did not even know there was white cheese on there it was so thin that it stuck to the bread. Speaking of bread my goodness it is small and it was not pressed toasted like a Cuban Sandwich is suppose to be the whole sandwich was made lazy and an absolute disgrace all around the sanwich tasted awful,all that money over 11 dollars for an unappealing too small sandwich and you don't even get a side of anything with it not even a drinkI will never patronize this truck if you cannot make quality food for your customers you can't get my quality time or money look at pictures below what a waste of money what a joke.Go to Char Grill across the same lot you will get better tasting food and a side of fries and a drink with your 1/2 pound delicious char grilled burger

Absolutely amazing food truck offering delicious, authentic, fresh Cuban food. Family operated & couldn't be happier with my food and friendly service. tacos. I got two Al pastors & a carne asada.
