Small cozy little spot on the corner. Nice thin crust pizza. Service was most excellent and the prices were not t so crazy it'll break you. They also do catering. When I return to Boston I will be back.

Smells like pizza in here... food was alright. I ordered a buff chick pizza and it was more like Buffalo pizza with chicken nuggets on top. I still ate the whole thing tho don't get me wrong. I was hungry and it still hit just the right spot.

My husband and I loved this spot! The service was very friendly; they had a high chair for our toddler, and the pizza was DELICIOUS! We were also very happy with the price point. Definitely recommend!

This place used to be a decent go to place for pizza and subs. The quality of food has dipped big time and lack of customer service is shocking. I have eaten here my whole life. I began ordering through Uber Eats to my office in the South End and it's been a nightmare dealing with them. I actually went to the location Saturday night and was appalled. Not only are there mice in the dining room, my girlfriend was yelled at because she sent back a burger that was completely burnt. She had ordered it to be cooked medium. These people don't care. They just want your money. Be better L Street Diner.

Classic diner with great prices for big portions! Tried the ribs, which were decent, and the pizza, which was good. The food here won't blow you away, but again, it's not a gourmet restaurant and instead provides great value.

Had breakfast with my Daughter-in-law & 2 year old grandson at the L Street Diner & Pizzeria. We were the only ones there early on a November Saturday morning. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Teddy had pancakes that looked really good. My DIL had a 4 egg omelette-wowza! It came with toast & home fries. A good value for around $8. I had Eggs Benedict which was delicious. The ham on it was so juicy & tender. It also came with home fries. The coffee was good and our server came back several times to refill our cups. My only negative comment is that our food could have come out quicker since we were the only ones there when we ordered. And my home fries weren't particularly hot. Otherwise, I see no reason not to return.

yo. Hands down probably the worst meal I've had in my life. Listen, maybe I should've known to not order the meatball sub but when I say the meat tasted like the smell of a toilet flush I mean it whole heartedly. They really just slapped 3 slices of Kraft singles and didn't even take the time to put it in a microwave for 30 seconds to melt it. Also our total bill was $118 (not including tip) for 4 people. Absolutely ridiculous. Service was extremely fast tho, probably due to the zero shits they gave in the kitchen when preparing the food.I was recommended this place by a friend who lives in Southie. Seemed like a casual hole-in-the-wall spot that had potential but wow, talk about a meal I'll never forget because it was that bad. Happy I got to experience it, however.

The food here isn't bad. BUT if you're looking for water with your meal.... you might want to start looking at other places. My friends and I came here for dinner and only received one glass of water. What's the big deal you ask? well; when you order 200 dollars worth of food and only get one round of water from the waiter, it's basically like surviving in the wilderness without clean water (not fun) My friend had to literally walk into the kitchen and fill up his own cup with water from the private fountain. We were so thirsty that we literally could have died. Keep this in mind before you plan on going to this establishment.

I ordered the turkey dinner via Uber eats and was super disappointed. Years ago this diner was the A st diner and served the best turkey dinner. The dinner consisted of 3 large slices of turkey breast ( it was moist ) 2 scoops of mashed potatoes- one should have been butternut squash, over cooked string beans, slightly dried out dressing with a concerning spoiled, spiced taste and a white gravy with a slight lemon flavor, not a turkey gravy., served with a small serving of cranberry sauce and good sized piece of cornbread. I'm not sure what happened, but would recommend checking it out before ordering
