I took a "vegetarian" friend visiting in town here. For sure, they'd have something for him. And they did. It was a simple vegetable stew served with tostones and loads of rice and beans. I ordered the kabrit (goat) stew, not to be missed, also with tostones and a huge portion of rice and beans and a nice salad. Both were delicious. And my vegetarian friend? I guess he was on vacation, he had to have some of my goat! Were the workers friendly? Well, you had to ask for help, then they were attentive and very good. My friend has returned home, but my husband and I intend to return. I'd like to try their soup Joumou some Sunday.

I recently discovered this restaurant through positive reviews from friends and decided to travel from Kendall to experience it firsthand. I must express my satisfaction as it exceeded expectations. Every dish, including the griot, oxtail stew, pate kode, and legume, was impeccably cooked. My personal favorites were the griot and pate kode with fish. Despite the distance, the delectable meals make the drive worthwhile. The affordability of the menu surprised me positively. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, serves excellent authentic Haitian cuisine, and the service staff is respectful. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

We come here Saturday mornings for the delicious fish soup!! It's nice and spicy and will clear your sinuses up real quick. We pair the soup up with their homemade lemonade. I would love to give them 5 stars but unfortunately the workers are not friendly and welcoming and THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD OR APPLE PAY!!

Excellent Food! An absolute must if you're into Haitian food and if you're not it's about time you get into it. This place isn't a fancy restaurant, it's a good food chill spot. Easy parking out front m

Horrible service. I walked in and sat down, ignored and no one greeted me or took my order. Then I went up to the counter and they pretended they didn't speak English so I had to use a translator. My food took forever as I watched people that came in after me get their order. Then here's the kicker, my fried goat came out extremely over cooked... tasted like I was chewing tires. They're lucky my phone died because I was going to call my Haitian husband and sister in law to curse them out for trying me. Don't go here if you don't speak creole. Awful awful experience just trying to support another black business.

Ordered on doordash today 9/15/2024 may the lord bless this establishment. Every bite i took out of the chicken pate i felt my soul rise and i felt closer to god. i ate the beef pate and i was hugging jesus christ. the djonn rice had me singing gospel songs. i am an atheist but this food was making me trust in god and bring my friends and families closer. may the chefs and owners know everlasting love in their lifetime.

You can never go ring with this place, their food is really good! The only thing I'd recommended for them to do is season their white and green pwa the same why they season their black pwa so all pwa's can have flavor. Their service team is always kind and nice but if you do not speak creole please bring someone who does because they will not speak to you in English just because you speak it. After all, this is a Haitian restaurant and you cannot be mad at that. The ambiance for the most part is relaxed, calm. They play music for their customers that's not overly loud. I love that. It's a chill vibe in there. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
