KUNG FU Okay sooo this place was , clean, and clutter free. Employees are nice and sweet, they give great advice. We ordered the rose Lemmonade and boy did it make we want to thank my ancestors! This was so good! Small was about $5.11 Will be back!

I was in the mood for a sweet beverage and I found this gem! The menu is very extensive and can cover a lot of drinks moods that you may be in (I.e. milk tea, teas, slushies etc)When I arrived there were about 3-4 people in front of me and I still managed to get my drink in less than 5 minutes. The employees were friendly as well! I'm usually basic when it comes to drinks, but I decided to try something different and ordered the Rosehip Milk Tea. BEST DECISION I MADE. My only regret in life was not ordering a large! This place will give you the courage to be explorative with your drink choices!The packaging of the drink was really cute as well. You could come here to study or for a meeting, but the machines are a bit noisy for that. It would be a cute place to catch up with friends.I will be back soon!Parking: There are few spaces to park in the front, but you can park in the back of the building.

Love all the Kung Fu Tea locations but this one has become my favorite place. Never busy, always fast, tastes delightful every time! Cute little spot near Montrose.

This location is probably the first ever KFT location in Houston. I remember when they opened yearsss ago.This place has always been a solid go to for a simple milk tea fix. It's KFT so you know what you're getting . I prefer this location over the one in Midtown just because parking tends to be better here. They have a few tables where you can do work or hang out. The machines tend to be loud though, so I don't know how much work you could really do especially without headphones. As far as service, they have always been friendly and fast. Although I will note that last time I was here they gave me the wrong drink- and the drink I got was definitely good but more expensive. I feel bad for the person that got mine. Overall, there's obviously better boba around the city, but I keep coming here for its convenience. It's somehow always on the way for us, and boba has always been solid.

Got the taro milk tea boba, the boba was a bit too chewy and the taro flavor seemed a bit watered down. Not bad, but have had better milk tea for the same price at other places in Houston.

Add mango jelly to everything. 3.7 - Blueberry Lemon Slush. Add grape pop. 3.5 - Caribbean breeze. Add mango jelly. 3.4 - Coaco Lava Slush. Add oreo4.0 - Fruity Fluffy. Add mango popping. 4.1 - Mango Slush. Add mango jelly4.0 - Strawberry milkshake

First time coming to this tea place and I ordered passion fruit green tea with lychees 30% sugar and it was right on the spot!!! I meant to order M but I got L... but it was a good one and quenched my thirst!Keep up the good work and service! :)

If you've been to one, you've been to all. This is a super cute location with a wide variety of drinks and desserts, which I haven't necessarily seen at other locations. The staff was friendly and service was quick.Things that I also thought worked in this location's favor was their clientele. They were so chill and there to drink tea, not be seen. Usually, these places are like hang out joints. This one seemed far too relaxed.Only negative is the parking situation. You have to find somewhere far away to park and visit. It's not an easy place to get too, but it is nice enough to visit.Go visit...if you can find parking.

Save your money The guys working tonight did a ridiculous job. I ordered the Coconut wow drink and it tasted like straight up milk. No coconut flavor whatsoever. We also ordered an iced cappuccino and it was just so bland, tasted like burnt iced coffee. I don't know if it's the recipes or the guys doing a mediocre job, but save your money and go to a different location/ business.

Parking for this location is not the greatest, but if you're in the Montrose/ River Oaks area this is one of the te shops that I like going to. The Longan jujube tea with 50% sugar is really good
