Great little meat market in an Exxon station!Their sausage and jerky are worth whatever distance "out of the way" they may be!

Best beef and pork sausage I've ever eaten. Found this place on a trip one time about maybe 15 years ago and now I make trips to this just to stock up because to me there is non better.

Me and my husband found this great little meat market in hempstead. They have a large variety of meats. We love buying our chicken here. We buy whole chickens and they cut it up into quarters and halves. The chicken is very fresh and not full of fillers. We can taste the difference. I buy my sausage, roast, ribs here. One of the best item you can get here is their smoked turkey jerky. It is amazing. I highly recommend this meat market.

Great deer sausage !!!! Always travel an hour away to get this . Lean healthy meat . Best around in my opinion!

Not a huge selection of items it's an older location in an Exxon station. Several varieties of sausage, beef and bacon. Self service on sausage sandwiches. Service was good, store was clean bought some bacon ends for beans and cubed steak for the crockpot. The sandwiches and beef jerky were great.

My hometown is Giddings although I have not lived there since 6th grade and moved to the Houston area, we always stopped here whenever we visite Giddings for events with relatives still living, I now live in the Galveston, Texas City area and occasionally make the trip to buy the pork & beef sausage or by a case of 50 lbs for birthdays, quinces, weddings it's the best tasting sausage i've found in Texas and I have tried many whenever I drive thru some of the other named places and none beat the taste it has little fat so you have to watch it when you put in the pitt or oven. love it with scramble eggs breakfast tacos. Service is always great and the price is reasonable. most other popular sausage links run 7.99 or 8.99 a pound where this place is under 5.00

Love, love, love their rotisserie sausage. They're so delicious on the pit (all of them are). The jerky is tasty too. I buy about 14 packages at a time since we don't go out there that much now. Try everything.

Best sausage in all of Texas. Now living out of state I have to beg people to send it ... Sure wish Krolczyk's would mail order.
