I had an outstanding dining experience at Koi! The service was impeccable. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain everything and make recommendations from the menu, which was very helpful and enhanced our dining experience. The sushi was exceptionally fresh and delicious. Each piece was crafted with precision and care, showcasing the high quality of ingredients used. I highly recommend the handrolls. They were very flavorful! The overall ambiance was perfect - a nice blend of modern and cozy, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. I highly recommend Koi for anyone looking for top-notch sushi and excellent service.

Service was really good and the ambiance was rly modern and private. Very romantic lighting and was able to talk without overwhelming noise. I would say definitely dress up a bit it's more upscale and they great you with a bow when u enter and exit. Food was really good! The crispy rice appetizer wasn't amazing for each one, but the spicy salmon and the wagyu ones were really yummy! I loved both of the rolls (see pics) and the ika nigiri was one of the best I've ever had. The flavor profiles were off the charts while still giving a traditional Japanese flavor profile with some elevation. The crème brûlée was really good. A bit small and I didn't get the yuzu flavor I thought I was going to get, but really enjoyed this light dessert.

Took a while to seat us. Thought we were coming for omakase dinner, but apparently we only booked the regular dining reservation. It would've been nice if their website posted the event was sold-out (misleading since there was a button to click "Book Omakase" which then takes you to an info description, as you scroll it showed various times to reserve/area you want to sit). Excited upon arrival but a bit disappointed since we came for something we thought we signed up for. The vibes inside are nice; good date night spot. Matcha cocktail ($14) was interesting but sweeter than expected.Cold tasting: Crispy rice (only the outer part of the rice is crispy; good at first but heavier than it looks; should've just ordered one for 2 people)Hot tasting: - Kaki fry (oysters) was good only the first few bites; got tiring, and there was a mild bitter after taste- Tara and truffle (black cod & mushroom) was unexpectedly addicting; something I would come back for!- A5 waygu steak had incredible flavor and was amazing quality!Roll: El Diablo ($16, spicy salmon) was goodNigiri: Hotate (chop spicy) and ungagi were tasty, but the seaweed used for both were a bit saltyMadai sashimi (3pc $14) was fresh and delicious!Tiramisu was ok.Albert was super friendly as our server! Would recommend this restaurant!

Friend and I went on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly empty. The parking lot in front is very small (3 or 4 spots)? But we were lucky to get one. The sushi here is good! My favorite roll was the aburi salmon. We got it to share but I kept eating more lol. The torched salmon and mayo is balanced with the mango and cucumber. If I go next time, I'm definitely getting my own roll, it was worth the money. The nigiri was also great as well. Fresh and tasty, I'll come back again!

Highly recommended! We went after morning church mass on Sunday. Great food but amazing cocktails. The carajillo is one of my top two favorites I've had (and I've had a lot). The matcha cocktail is also by far the best we've ever had. Great flavor. Food was good. The rolls were not bad. We had hair in the uni pasta but they took care of it for us and provided complimentary desert. Great staff/cooks that cares of the customers. Ambiance is also very woody and beautiful. We plan to be back!

The interior was beautiful and moody. The service was amazing and everyone was really nice. The food, though, was slightly disappointing for the price. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing. The best thing I had was definitely the uni from their signature hand roll tasting. The sushi rolls tasted regular. The tartar was bland and kinda fishy. I will say, their cocktails are really good. I'm usually pretty picky with drinks, but my friends and I enjoyed the drinks a lot.

We really enjoyed our dinner here yesterday! This place gets busy, so reservations are recommended (we were able to set them a day before). We sat at the sushi bar area and both our waitress and those working behind the bar were quite attentive to us! We ordered a good variety of rolls & a sashimi platter - everything was delicious and tasted super fresh and flavorful. My personal favorite roll of the ones we tried was el Diablo - it had a good smoky spiciness from the Serrano pepper. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I got a pumpkin espresso which was quite good as well. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back.

The outside view is not impressive, but the interior is quite sleek as expected from a nice sushi restaurant. Modern yet classic decor. Parking is dismal with 5 parking spaces up front and have to park on the street. They have valet on weekends. Be careful as some street parking will be towed and ruin the evening. Service was slightly above average. Good thing for a man with bowling ball arms who checked on us. The food overall was excellent. Different flavors from different items instead of having similar taste for all. They do have many items with soy based flavors so read the description if you want a variety of flavor. They are up to par with all the nice Japanese restaurants. It's one of the top restaurants without the wait and price. Last test, they have Japanese chefs.
