This place normally have wonderful customer service and food. Well today I ordered and the food and no season and steak was dry which should have been medium well. The plate wasn't eaten out if but only tasted. Tried to add pepper and it didn't help. Well I tell her I will still pay for my food and don't need no discount. I wanted to eat but didn't have time for it to be recooked. I pay for my food and they are charging now 10% extra to process your credit card. No sign listed and no one informs me. I had cash and could have paid. The manager say when did he start this and the waitress say oh he's been doing it. This is not legal and Please watch this scamming ass restaurant with poor customer service. I will be contacting the credit card vendor and North Carolina food board

Horrible customer service from waitress. Rude even when elders may ask a simple question, which was in turn met with rude responses based on annoyance for even asking about the menu. Our entire family was disgusted and will not be back.

I personally eat here usually about once a week, and my entire family comes for everyone various birthdays. In addition to that, we often get the food catered for different events. The food is always consistent, and while service can sometimes be slow, that is to be expected nowadays no matter where you go. I have gone in and been the only one at a grill, and they still come out and cook my food right there in front of me. I have also gone in with a party of 30 people, and they manage to get everything right every time! I have been in several times in the last couple weeks, and was lucky enough to get Jessica as my server every time, she's amazing! Such a fun personality! If you've never been, definitely check them out, and if you've been and had a not so good experience, consider giving them another try, and be sure to ask for Jessica! Oh! and there is a discount for paying in cash!

The food was outstanding and our chef was so gracious and friendly. My three year old nephew loved the theatrics of hibachi cooking. We went to Kobe after my niece's graduation and were able to get a reservation for a large group. Will be going back for Fathers Day with my dad! My only drawback, and it isn't a big deal, was I could not order from the kids menu for myself- I had weight loss surgery and am only able to eat a small amount of food. My full size meal will feed me for four days.

I ordered Hibachi steak and chicken w/o mushrooms and added broccoli for a takeout order. When I got home, I found that I had a big plate of onions - no zucchini, no broccoli, nothing but onions. The rice was mushy, and appeared to be reheated. Steak was okay and the chicken was cold. I called to ask for a correction to my order or provide a refund. The manager said they would only provide refund if the employee paid for my food!! DONE! Customer for many many years but will not be going back.
