About a 2-2.5: Kkunnori has recently opened up back in April, and this place has slowly been getting a reputation of offering both a lunch and dinner buffet at a reasonable cost (about $17 for lunch and $20 for dinner). It's an AYCE, but the buffet doesn't really have much meat options - it would have been nice if they had some galbi, bulgogi, jaeyook bokkeum, etc., but they only had a pork/cabbage mix. In terms of the other buffet offerings, it seems as if they do the banchans well, as the variety of kimchi, squid, and various namool were well-prepared.You can also request them to make you ramen, which they uses Jin.However, we were just really surprised that there just wasn't any customers coming in during the lunch rush. You'd think with a buffet with this price point, the place would be bustling, but it wasn't...This also explained that some of the seafood items that were 'fried' were just sitting a while and not being freshly prepared/replaced, resulting in a more soggy situation.Service was friendly, and there was plenty of parking in the shared strip plaza lot. +AYCE lunch and dinner buffet+avoid the meats/seafood+good banchans+plenty of parking

Hubby and I came here on a weekend evening for dinner and we were seated right away (there were only a few tables occupied around 6 PM). We noticed right away that there are snacks available at the front of the restaurant while you're waiting for your food.We shared the steamed pork with kimchi, cheese chicken, and beef pancake with green onion salad. Hubby and my toddler don't eat spicy food so it was a little difficult to find menu options that were non-spicy. However, the food that we ordered was all good. The steamed pork was soft but wasn't really that flavorful but was great with the kimchi. The cheese chicken was so good but was pretty spicy (even for me and I love spicy food). The beef pancake was nice to try but probably wouldn't order again. There was only one waiter running around. There's a buzzer at each table so he came running each time someone buzzed. The owners were nice and urged us to try the snacks up front.Would come back again to try out other menu items!

Definitely an underrated place! Glad to have this place around as we were looking for a dinner spot after 10pm and they're luckily open late. This was my second time here and wanted to try a few different thing. Forgot to get a picture of the Kim Chi Fried Rice, especially since that was the best! Can't go wrong with anything that has corn cheese, so we got the fried shrimp with corn cheese. Place isn't too busy so easy to grab a table and get good food if you're hungry

I fell head over heels during my first time there. I went three times within a week and visited again this week. I have been preaching about this place to my friends. Now, from my goal of trying everything on their menu, here are some things I enjoyed and items that should be off their menu. Things to try: steamed pork, kamaboko oden soup, octopus noodle grill, stewed pork and kimchi on a stone plate, spicy seafood with rice cake, beef brisket tteokbokki (had both ramen noodle and jjolmyun!!), Nagasaki jjamppong (nice and refreshing, good balance with spicy food), and fried chicken (crispy, juicy, and flavorful. Used to come with three sauces on the side but they don't do that anymore... BOO! Dipping sauces used to be BOMB). Not it: cream cheese sausage & pork cutlet (THE ODDEST COMBINATIONS- this needs to be out of the menu. Sausage isn't the tasty firm sausage, it's like a mushy hot dog sausage. Our taste buds were confused), spicy hot chicken (bread smaller than expected, hard cheese, chicken not bad, but also not spicy), pan-fried soondae (tasted like soap. Had a weird taste to it. Couldn't eat it after my first two bites and I don't like wasting food). Also, I'm not sure if our server didn't know, but all sojus were $8.99 during their soft opening! We paid the full price the first time. Just ask to see if they have drink specials going on. My first experience there was 10/10, but the experience is not as great as the first time every time I go. On the most recent visit, they forgot our complimentary, which is one of the reasons why I fell in love with this place. Also, as I mentioned earlier, no sauce on the side of fried chicken is a downgrade! Hopefully, they keep it up with the prompt service and beautiful presentation.

I love how they turned this place into a night hangout place for all age groups! I went here with a friend for some dinner and we ordered the udon combo which was delicious! It comes with a variety of fish cakes. We also got the Korean fried chicken that was super crispy! The pork belly was exceptional and you could taste the smokiness of it. The shrimp dish was 10/10! We also got beer (of course) to pair with the chicken for 치맥! Our waiters were very personable and funny! I would definitely come back.

Large seating available. Many options for food and different deals (small plates AYCE, drink deals). Recommend going in a group and sharing. The tteokbokki is really really spicy but we are not Korean so maybe we just weren't up for the challenge. Staff are nice and welcoming. Place seems to be pretty new, so I hope people give it a chance since they have lots of competition for Korean bar food restaurants in the area.
